Being stuck at home has an advantage. Now I can go back through all the places I visited but never posted for various reasons. Here's one from last fall. Water was drying up in Namaxia so I didn't expect it to still be there a few weeks after my visit. I bet it's roaring now though! The hike is easy and only takes about 10 minutes. The water is mostly shallow but in the middle of the waterfall there's a tiny pool that's really fun.

Taiwan is Wild
Although it might just seem like a technological and industrial manufacturing hub, 70% of Taiwan's landmass is actually lush wilderness ideal for outdoor adventure sports! It's the perfect place to go hiking, river tracing, canyoning, rock climbing, and even white water rafting.
There are also over 100 natural hot springs in Taiwan. From November to March every year, people hike up the rivers to rediscover these scenic hot springs, as most of them get covered up with shale during the typhoon season. New pools are made each year by hand, just by moving a few rocks around. And the temperature of pools is adjusted by the amount of cold water let in from the rivers. I hope next year you join in the annual hot spring season. But there's no shortage of crazy adventures you can take part in if you come in the summer instead.

非常懶惰而且體能很差的我居然在大熱天時去了行山
在珀斯的行山徑沒有香港那麼多特別的風景
但有一種比較融入大自然的感覺！！
在秋天春天行山一定會更加賞心悅目

我很喜歡吃Neapolitan style的pizza
聽說是用sourdough作pizza底
是特別chewy的~~

真的很好吃

With travel temporarily halted, we decided to explore the hidden gems within Singapore. Join us as we explore the local nature attractions nestled within the Southern Ridges, avoiding the hustle and bustle of the concrete jungle that is metropolitan Singapore.
Our hike begins at the break of dawn at Henderson Waves, an award-winning architectural work of art designed by RSP Architects Planners & Engineers (Pte) Ltd and IJP Corporation Ltd, UK. The tallest pedestrian bridge in Singapore, Henderson Waves stands 36 meters above Henderson Road and spans a length of 274 meters. Next, we venture to the peak of Mount Faber Park and look out to stunning views of Singapore's heartlands. Then, we explore the myriad of pink bougainvillea flowers at Terrace Garden, a popular spot in Telok Blangah Hill Park. Finally, we end the day at Forest Walk and its incredible secondary forest.
May our videos be a form of escapism and source of zen for you, and encourage you to appreciate the little, simple things in life. Even in these turbulent times, there is still much beauty in this world if we keep our hearts and minds open.
