I wasn't aware of the boy's lunar birthday until the night before, I saw the calendar 😱 Quickly dug the fridge and found mangoes and cheese, made a no-bake mango cheesecake for him to cut on the next day. No fancy deco, just draw a simple pompompurin on top and he insisted to add a scoop of ice cream on it. 农历生日，不是时常记得起， 刚巧看到日历，就赶快做个简单的蛋糕给他。祝他身体健康，快快乐乐，学校不要再给功课！🤣

Sakura Denbu (pink colored seasoned shredded codfish)

((Keroppi & Kerorinu Onigiri Rice Ball))
1. Put steamed rice in 2 bowls. Add Aonori (green laver) and a pinch of salt in one bowl. Then add Sakura Denbu (pink colored seasoned shredded codfish) in the other bowl.
2. Use plastic wrap and form the rice to make the faces. (Put your favorite Keroppi picture in a transparent plastic file folder. Then shape the rice on top of it with your fingers to get perfect figures.)
3. Cut out sliced cheese to make eyes. Cut out sliced ham to make cheeks. Cut out Nori sheet to make face parts. Then attach them with tweezers. If you can, attach small pieces of simmered bonito for Kerorinu's hair.

((Atsuyaki Tamago Rolled Omelette Pudding))
1. Beat 1 egg in a bowl and season with a pinch of salt & sugar. Heat cooking oil in a Tamagoyaki Nabe (rectangular omelet pan) on low heat, pour the egg mixture in the pan and spread over the surface. Cook it until half done, then roll up the egg. Wrap in plastic wrap and leave to cool to keep its shape. In the same pan, cook round slices of sausage.
3. Cut the egg into 3 pieces. Cut them out into cone shapes.
4. Attach the sausage on top of the egg with a bit of spaghetti pasta. (pasta will absorb moisture and gets soft after few hours, so you can eat it by lunchtime!)
5. Garnish with mayonnaise like whipped cream if you like!
((Purin Rice Ball))
1. Mince the leftover Rolled Omelette.
2. Put steamed rice in a bowl, add the minced egg, and mix a pinch of salt to taste.
3. Use plastic wrap and form the rice to make the face and the ears of Purin.
4. Attach the Simmered Shiitake Mushroom on Purin's head with a bit of spaghetti pasta. (pasta will absorb moisture and gets soft after few hours, so you can eat it by lunchtime!)
5. Use Nori Punch to cut out the face parts (you can also use scissors). Then attach them with tweezers.
