บะหมี่กึ่งฯลวก 2 ซอง
ไข่ต้มยางมะตูม (จบ)
หมูบด ½ ถ้วยตวง(รวน)
น้ำเปล่า ½ ถ้วยตวง
เนื้อสันคอหมู 1 ชิ้น(1-200กรัม)(หั่นเป็นชิ้นๆ)
ตับหมูสด 1 ชิ้น(1-200กรัม)(หั่นเป็นชิ้นๆ)
ลูกชิ้นหมู 4-6 ลูก(ลวก)
พริกป่น 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
น้ำตาลทราย 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
ถั่วลิสงคั่วบด 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
🍴ส่วนผสมหมูหวาน🍳
เนื้อหมูสามชั้น 1 ชิ้น(500 กรัม)(หั่นเป็นชิ้นเล็กๆ)
น้ำมันพืช 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
หอมแดงซอย ½ ถ้วยตวง
น้ำเปล่า ½ ถ้วยตวง
น้ำปลาแท้ 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
ซีอิ๊วดำหวาน 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
น้ำตาลปี๊บ ½ ถ้วยตวง
ต้นหอมซอย 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
น้ำปลาแท้ 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
น้ำมะนาวสด 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
🍴วิธีทำ🍳
1.นำเนื้อหมูสามชั้นมาหั่นเป็นชิ้นเล็กๆ ประมาณ 0.5 ซ.ม.
2.ตั้งกระทะพอร้อนใส่น้ำมันลงไปตามด้วยหอมแดงซอยทันที
ผัดหอมแดงให้หอมก่อน
3.ใส่เนื้อหมูสามชั้นลงไปผัดให้เข้ากันทั่ว ให้เนื้อหมูพอตึงๆสุกเล็กน้อย
4.เติมน้ำเปล่าลงไป ใส่เครื่องปรุงรสทั้งหมดลงไปผัดให้เครื่องปรุงรสทั่วดี
5.เคี่ยวไฟอ่อนทิ้งไว้ 10-15 นาที ปิดไฟ พักไว้
6.นำเนื้อหมูและตับหมูมาหั่นเป็นชิ้นๆ ให้หนาพอประมาณ
7.เตรียมหม้อด้ามใส่หมูบด ผสมกับน้ำเปล่าให้เข้ากัน
นำขึ้นตั้งไฟคนให้สุก
8.ใส่ลูกชิ้นหมูและหมูชิ้นลงไปรวนให้หมูชิ้นพอสุกเล็กน้อย
ใส่ตับหมูลงไปรวนให้พอสุก
9.นำมาปรุงรสด้วยน้ำปลา น้ำมะนาวสด พริกป่น
ถั่วลิสงและต้นหอมซอยคนให้เข้ากัน
10.นำมาราดบนเส้นบะหมี่กึ่งในจาน
ตักหมูหวานราดทับไว้ด้านบนอีกทีหนึ่ง
โรยด้วยต้นหอมซอยเล็กน้อยและไข่ต้มยางมะตูมทานคู่

Sweet mouth and sweet pork to chew!
Make sweet pork according to my recipe. Braised each other to be sweet and fragrant.
I want to eat dried tom yum noodles. Delicious taste cuddle days. Colorful, spicy, tempting.
With a full of tom yum machine. Whether it's pork meatballs, pork liver.
And Asphalt eggs. So satisfying. This menu. 🍜🐷🤤
Ingredients 🍳
2 Packs of boiled noodles.
Boiled egg with asphalt (end)
½ cups of pork (Ruan)
½ cup water
1 Pork Neck Loin (1-200 g) (cut into pieces)
1 pieces of fresh pork liver (1-200 g) (cut into pieces)
4-6 pork meatballs (poached)
1 tablespoons cayenne chili
1 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp roasted peanuts
Sweet pork mixture 🍳
Three layers of pork 1 PCS (500 g) (cut into small pieces)
2 Tbsp plant oil
½ cup red onion.
½ cup water
2 tablespoons authentic fish sauce
2 Tbsp sweet black soy sauce
½ cup of sugar
2 tbsp onions
2 tablespoons authentic fish sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
How to do it 🍳
1. Cut into small pieces of pork. About 0.5 cm. M. M
2. Set the pan. When it's hot, add oil, follow the red onion immediately.
Stir fry red onion first
3. Add three layers of pork and stir fry all over the place. Let the pork is tight.
4. Add water and add all the seasonings and stir fry until the seasonings all over the place.
5. Braised the light and left it for 10-15 minutes. Turn off the light and rest
6. Cut Pork and pork liver into slices to be moderately thick.
7. Prepare a pot of pork and mix with water to match.
Bring it up, set the fire, people are ripe.
8. Add pork and pork meatballs and pork and let the pork. It's get a little bit cooked.
Put pork liver in and keep it. It's ripe.
9. Seasoned with fish sauce, fresh lemonade, cayenne chili paste
Peanuts and onions. Let's match.
10. Topped on semi noodles in a plate.
Put sweet pork on top again
Sprinkle with a few onions and boiled eggs, asphalt.

米其林大廚Thomas Keller的傳統美式家常菜-- Ad Hoc
慕名許久的Ad Hoc ,本來計劃今年生日要來這間餐廳 ,但一位難求尤其週末 ,有了經驗後這次提早一個月前線上訂位 ,終於讓我搶到三個位置,能在這裡歡慶女兒生日
Ad Hoc是 Thomas Keller酒鄉Yountville小鎮餐廳中的第三間米其林餐廳,靈感來自Thomas Keller的童年時光,口味以美式傳統家常菜為主,希望帶給饕客有如回家晚餐一般的輕鬆、舒適感。每日晚餐菜單依照新鮮食材調整的四道菜套餐(appetizers, entrée, main course and dessert)從前菜、主餐、甜點一應俱全,這些令人感到溫暖、心滿意足的comfort food,前菜有著花園摘下來的新鮮有機各類生菜、蔬食或是起司拼盤,主餐從炸雞(fried chicken)、燉肉(pot roast)、燒烤(barbeque)等等家常料理,最後則用各種童年愛吃的甜點作結。週日中午則提供三道菜的早午餐套餐,無論是哪種形式,都期盼能讓饕客品嚐美國傳統「媽媽的味道」。酒單著重在Napa本地的酒廠,不管是開胃、香檳、紅酒、白酒、調酒,都是主廚依照當日特餐、精心挑選出來搭配餐點的好酒。
這次選在週日午餐時間造訪,運氣很好的讓我們碰上了有著Ad Hoc招牌炸雞的套餐brunch內容
前菜沙拉著實令人驚艷: Arugula & Spinach Salad (smoked salmon, crispy capers, tfl garden radishes pickled red onions, herb buttermilk dressing ),主餐是酪奶炸雞(buttermilk fried chicken) 除了炸雞另外附上 bacon & chive waffle。
這道傳說中的夢幻炸雞是用檸檬、蜂蜜、大蒜、百里香、巴西里葉和月桂葉等新鮮香料,經過12個小時的醃漬(brine),沾上酪奶後,再均勻裹上用洋蔥粉、大蒜粉、紅椒粉、黑胡椒和麵粉混合而成的獨家炸粉,丟進他研究後最適合炸雞油溫的油鍋中,最後再淋上獨家的Hoc Sauce Gravy,成就了這道皮酥肉嫩,沾上醬料美味、不沾醬料也風味猶存的招牌炸雞。
點了兩個套餐擔心吃不飽另外再點 Eggs Benedict( bouchon bakery english muffin, hobbs� smoked pork loin alaskan king crab, poached eggs, hollandaise sauce)一口半生熟的班尼迪克蛋搭淋上特製荷蘭醬 ,若再吃上一口阿拉斯加帝王蟹,更是上乘滋味。
若比起上次造訪 Bouchon Bistro,女兒愛 Bouchon Bistro更多,因為她不愛炸物!Ad Hoc週日brunch剛好又是炸雞主餐,著實被她皺著眉頭say NO!倒是再加點的兒童套餐 Chocolate pancakes深的她的喜愛。
餐後到有著波斯神殿建築的酒莊走走散步後( Darioush Winery),再以Bouchon Bakery 招牌馬卡龍和檸檬塔畫上完美句點。
從月初的佛羅里達迪士尼到生日當日的Napa一日遊,五歲慶生終於告一段落,今早一睡醒還跟我說:媽咪,我不敢相信我五歲了!!! 我說:寶貝,我才不敢相信我40歲了......

For this video, we went back to Neo’s Kitchen to cook up and destroy a 5KG Collagen Seafood Noodles Challenge! CHU provided us with their Premium Chicken Collagen Soup packs for us to use as the gravy base. These Premium Collagen Soup packs are available at FairPrice Finest island-wide!
We veered from a more traditional Chinese-style seafood noodles by boiling all the noodles, meat and vegetables into the soup, similar to a hotpot. The alternate way would be to cook the meat and vegetables first, cooking the noodles separately (including a frying step), preparing the soup base and then combining them all together.
Thanks to CHU’s Collagen Soup, the soup base was a simple affair of emptying the contents of the pack into a pot. Then, we cooked all the ingredients one after another, which were: marinated pork loin, squid, shrimp, grouper, clay-pot noodles, fish cakes, crab sticks and bok choy. After seasoning to taste with oyster sauce and soy sauce, we topped the Seafood Noodles with an egg mixture that comprised of eggs boiled in the Collagen Soup. Finally, we plated the massive dish onto our giant plate and garnished with fried onions and spring onions. The result was a beautiful 5KG plate of Chicken Collagen Seafood Noodles!
The Collagen Broth was rich and deeply flavoured, reminiscent of a concentrated chicken stock. Surprisingly, while it had a distinct flavour, it was not overpowering nor salty. Using this pre-made pack allowed us to skip the fairly tedious process of creating your own which can involve chicken stock, aromatics and seasonings that you boil for some time. The seafood added a noticeable element to the broth that elevated the richness of it even further. Ultimately, I thought it was close to restaurant-level Seafood Noodles.
This was such a simple dish to prepare and I thoroughly enjoyed my homemade Chicken Collagen Seafood Noodles. The possibilities of what you can make with the Premium Chicken Collagen Soup are endless due to the rich yet not overpowering nature of it, be it a hotpot base, risotto or mui fan. Baked Pork Chop Rice is a popula dish in Hong Kong. Some of the restaurants or cha chan teng (Hong Kong's local cafes) serve the pork chop in tonkatsu style but in an effort to make this dish healthier, Roland opted for pan-frying instead. Like the restaurants in Hong Kong, Roland cooked a simple fried rice as a bed for the pork chop to rest on, followed by his very delicious tomato based sauce. Finally, this yummy combo is then topped off with a lot of mozzarella cheese and baked to perfection. My tummy is growling as I'm writing this. Haha.

Serves 6 pax
Marinated Pork Chop

4 pcs of pork loin/pork chop (total weight 330g)
2 pcs of lightly smashed garlic
half a thumb size of lightly smashed young ginger
4 tablespoons of light soy sauce
3 tablespoons of Chinese white rice wine
3 tablespoons of cornflour
Fried rice
----
8 beaten eggs
6 cups of cooked rice (from 3 cups of uncooked rice)
2 teaspoons of chicken stock powder
2 teaspoons of salt
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
A few dashes of white pepper or black pepper
Tomato based sauce

1 big red onion - sliced
2 shallots - sliced
2 cloves of garlic - chopped
3 thinly sliced fresh button mushrooms
1 whole tomato - cut into wedges
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
1 cup of water
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Some cornstarch solution
Others
----
3/4 cup of mozzarella cheese
Bake the dish at 180C for 10 mins, followed by 200C for 5 mins - total 15 mins bake time.

Some of you who aren't local Singaporeans might be wondering what is the meaning of the term Zi Char (sometimes spelt as Zhi Char / Tze char) . For us Singaporeans, almost everyone of us knows what it means. Before I tell you what it means, I shall construct a few sentences here to help you guess what it means. (1) What do you wanna eat? Zi char or Mcdonalds? (2) Which zi char stall is the best in Singapore? (3) Which zi char stall serves the best chilli crabs?
Can you guess what zi char means? Alright, zi char is a hokkien term which literally means cook & fry in Mandarin - it's a term we use to describe a coffeeshop stall that serves freshly cooked dishes and such a stall is usually operated by Chinese .I have no idea how this term came about but I guess in the olden days, zi char stall owners must have said they serve cooked and fried food dishes so over the years, people just affectionately refer to them as Zi Char. So much about zi char but what has it gotta do with our recipe today? That's because this curry pork is a zi char inspired dish - a quick stir fry dish which you can easily whip out at home.
