Usually the sauce is proprietary and lends a soul to the final Character..! Reminds me also of a Welsh Rarebit on steroids. So overjoyed to discover this on the Duck & Waffle HK celebratory menu, since this is usually on the London late night menu! I think I ordered it on last day it's served here, but wished they can sustain it longer & ideally serve with some fries on the side! 😬😝
