#yogatutorial - #prasaritapadotanasana (pictured in the right), one of the best ways to open up the hips and mobilize the shoulder joints, both of which are important for #armbalances
1⃣ Start with the feet wide but make sure they are parallel. Beginners can keep the knees slightly bent and more experienced #yogis can keep the feet closer to each other.
2⃣ Interlace the fingers and keep the arms straight and allow the hands to drop behind the head. For those who can't bind the hands or with tight shoulders, use a belt.
3⃣ Hug the legs together. With practice your hands may touch the floor but don't force it!
4⃣ You can do some variations here such as the one shown in the picture on the left, which is a good preparation for #tittibhasana, or #birdofparadise.

Although this holiday isn't in my culture, I would still like to borrow it for our reflection:
1. Give turkey a chance to Om
2. But before that you need to give it a chance to live - choose to eat vegetarian whenever you can
3. Do a #prasaritapadotanasana (#straddle #stretch) a day to open your inner legs and bow down to be humble. It is also a good alternative to #headstand
4. Think about what and who you are grateful for
Then your life will be more beautiful :)
