😈 壽司
生冷壽司是懷孕時的飲食大忌,未經烹煮的刺身容易附有寄生蟲,忍了十個月不少孕媽媽產後都忍不住要破戒了。
😈 漢堡包+薯條
不少媽媽在凌晨時份生產,24小時營業快餐店能買到的漢堡包及薯條都是不少產後媽媽眼中的超級美食。
😈 餐蛋麵
懷孕時盡量避開餐肉、即食麵等加工食物,產後能吃一碗熱辣辣的餐蛋麵簡直如獲至寶。
😈 凍檸茶/汽水
不少孕媽媽「餓」凍飲餓了很久,產後能喝一杯慰藉心靈簡直是人間美味。

產後飲食宜清淡富營養,以蒸、煮、燉為主,讓脾胃更容易吸收,並且避免生冷、煎炸油膩食物,剖腹產的話宜先吃流質食物。

Postpartum cravings
After going through months of pregnancy and hours of painful childbirth, new mothers can finally satisfy their cravings. So what kinds of foods do mothers crave for after giving birth to their children? According to unofficial statistics, the foods they crave for are those that they had to abstain from during pregnancy.
😈 Sushi
The raw and cold sushi is a big no-no during pregnancy as they may contain parasites. Not able to enjoy sushi for ten months is an unbearable experience for some moms.
😈 Burgers + fries
Many pregnant women give birth in the middle of the night, and they may want to enjoy the delicious burgers and fries from fast food restaurants, as they operate 24 hours a day.
😈 Noodles with spam and egg
During pregnancy, many women would avoid eating spam or luncheon meat and instant noodles. Being able to enjoy a hearty bowl of warm and spicy noodles with spam and egg is one of the greatest enjoyments in life.
😈 Iced lemon tea/soda
Many pregnant moms stop drinking cold beverages. Enjoying a glass of iced lemon tea or soda after delivering the babies can definitely satisfy their cravings.
A Chinese physician’s reminder:
It is best to eat light but nutritious food after childbirth. Try to eat more cooked, steamed, and stewed foods as the stomach and the spleen can absorb them more easily. Avoid eating raw, cold, deep fried, and greasy foods. Those who have gone through the C-section should eat liquid diet for a start.

Kalau tanya doctor.. doctor akan kata makan saja apa pun.. asal berpada2.. tak terlalu banyak & tak terlalu sikit & tak memudaratkan kesihatan.
Kalau tanya ustaz ustazah.. jawapannya makanlah apa saja asalkan tak memudaratkan kesihatan & halal.
Kalau tny org lama.. mereka nasihat air & isi kelapa ni elok minum selepas usia kandungan 4 bulan...

Kalau tny 9bulan10hari.. kalau teringin sgt air kelapa ms awal2 kehamilan ni.. minumlah sikit untuk hilangkan rasa mengidam... Tapi selagi boleh tahan.. xperlulah minum lagi sebelum usia kandungan 4bulan... Ambil pandangan org2 dulu sebab mereka bercakap berdasarkan pengalaman & dlm masa yg sama jgn memudaratkan diri sendiri... =)
Conclusion nya... badan kita tak sama =)
Bykkan berdoa.. fikirlah yg baik2.. insyaAllah semuanya baik2 saja.. =)

If you ask Ustazah's Ustazah.. the answer is just eat anything as long as it doesn't harm health and halal.
If you ask old people.. they advise water & coconut filling, it's better to drink after the age of 4 months...

A lot of pregnant women have cravings. Some even start to eat things that they used to hate. Many others will ask their husbands to go 'ta pao' something ridiculous in the middle of the night. Me? Not that bad, I think. Hehe. Though I have developed a teeny bit of a sweet tooth. Yes, I know; I know I need to cut back on the sugar. 'Cos now, it's not only "you are what you eat", but also "your babies are what you eat". Discipline! Discipline! Discipline! And even more so now that I'm just sitting at home!
