What an awesome dinner!! Better than any Michelin star restaurant. Everything was just PERFECT! It’s so good to have a master chef in your family. Thank you Patrick Tarz Chen for all the hard work!
Just to let you know what we had:
Prosciutto with melon and Parmesan crisp
Some kind of salad ( forgot the name)
Lobster bisque with lobster/choisum/corn fizz/ popped rice ( this is the best lobster bisque I’ve ever tasted)
Slow cooked beef cheek with 30 yr 陳皮 sauce!
Crabmeat risotto ( very different kind of risotto) with spinach
Fish with bread crust and miso sauce
Spaghetti with uni and caviar!
I can revisit this again any time

今回はイタリア・ミラノに住む友人に教えてもらったナヴィリオ運河のカフェ通りに来ました！今ミラノで３大観光地のひとつに挙げられるのがここナヴィリオ地区。観光地だけに留まらず多くの地元民にも人気が高くミラノでも最新のスポットです！実はこの運河人工なんです！ミラノには他にもこのような人工運河が沢山あったのですが全て埋め立てられ今ではこの運河しか残ってないとの事です。そんな歴史あるナヴィリオ運河が今ではカフェで賑わうカフェ通りに！お洒落なカフェが沢山あるのでどこに入るか迷ってしまいます！今回ふと入ったお店の生ハムが絶品だったので紹介します！甘〜い食べ頃のメロンと塩気のある生ハムのコラボレーションがたまらなく美味でした！惜しみなく使う生ハムの量も魅力的です！前菜、生ハムサラダにティラミス！他のお料理も美味しかったです！！夜になるとまた雰囲気がガラリと変わりとってもお洒落です！是非ミラノに来たらナヴィリオ運河のカフェ通り立ち寄ってみてね！byebye!

One of my friend who lives in Milano took me to the Naviglio.
Recently it is becoming a famous place even the local people come here as well! I had a melon with fabulous prosciutto ever I had! Sweet with salty! So yummy! The atmosphere was pretty as well!
Definitely will come again! This is big tip about Milan for you!! Eat healthy and feel the Naviglio! Ciao!
