澳洲露荀•金橘柚子咸蛋黃漿。呢款Starter 適合素食人士，露荀幾清爽可口，帶有柚子芳香～

☗ 煎北海道帶子·黃波椒橙汁 +$18
外層微微煎香，裡層肉質嫩滑，厚身新鮮！

Soup
☗ 椰菜花濃湯
入面有唔粉既椰菜粒，似落Creamy 清甜！

比起椰菜花多左一份鮮甜味，再且有青口、海蝦等配料～

☗ 龍蝦汁大蝦意粉
輕輕煎左大蝦，口感新鮮爽口；意粉好索汁，龍蝦湯掛湯能力幾好，令意粉入味手有蝦汁香！

☗ 香煎和牛紅菜頭沙律，薯蓉 +$48
和牛煎得好有水準，口感嫩腍有肉汁，幾有和牛肉香，輕輕煎左外層，有一種外邊脆肉軟腍口感

Dessert
☗ 馬鞭草寒天，橙，芒果，蛋糕，撻
撻口感偏甜，再雪葩就偏酸，一酸一甜，兩者互相配合，幾好食！

PIZZA為薄批, 面層有芝士、辣肉腸、茄醬、蘑菇、火箭菜, 配搭傳統不會伏, 餅皮較為煙韌, 芝士不能做出拉絲, 但都食到芝士鹹香, 辣肉腸就比較乾身少少。

賣相已睇得出好creamy, 忌廉味同埋黑松露味都很重, 不過有點兒偏鹹, 飯粒軟硬剛好, 不是
生米粒口感, 夾集了雜菇, 加添了層次。
