✨QUAKER OAT 7 DAYS CHALLENGE✨
I have been replacing ONE MEAL A DAY with an oatmeal recipe and here are some of the meals I managed to create for the week! Honestly went into the challenge worrying alot about the taste and difficulty level because I’m not a good cook… but surprisingly it was really simple and I think I outdid myself with some recipes here 🤩
👩🍳So here’s what I made:
Day 1 - Banana Oatmeal Pancake 🥞
Day 2 - Oatmeal Prawns 🍤
Day 3 - Overnight Rolled Oats 🥣
Day 4 - Oatmeal Coated Chicken Breast with Brown Rice 🍛
Day 5 - Oatmeal with Cacao-nibs, almond butter & fruits 🫐
Day 6 - Oatmeal Banana Brownie 🍌
Day 7 - Apple Crumble 🍎
I honestly enjoyed the process and I now know so many other ways I can change up my oatmeal recipes, hope this motivates you all to start somewhere too! I think I’ll continue incorporating this habit into my lifestyle because they’re yummy and are so EASY to make ✨plus point✨ HEALTHY! 💪🏻😋
