[TAIPEI - 郭記牛肉麺 / Guo Ji Beef Noodles Restaurant 😌]

在當區很出名的牛肉麵店，中午用餐時間客人很多，必須排隊。清湯紅燒都有試，牛肉用的部位是牛𦟌(腱)應該很容易煮嫩但還是偏硬。麵還沒到我喜歡細麵的程度沒關係，重點是太軟了。
湯底不過不失但沒有什麼記憶點。最受客人歡迎的可算是可以加餛飩分量足，地方蠻乾淨而且價錢比那些擠滿遊客的名氣牛肉麵店便宜。

Well known in the district，lunch hour is full of customers with long queue. I’ve tried both the clear broth and braised beef noodles. Beef shank was used which could be made tender easily but it is still quite chewable. Noodle is not as thin as what I preferred by its ok, the main downside is being too soft.
Soup base for both are average. What customers like about this place probably because winton can be added with sizeable quantity, good hygiene of the restaurant as a whole, and most importantly pricing is cheaper than the few more famous beef noodle restaurants.

今天推薦香港平價西餐, 路過幾次都好多人排隊所以就進去試一試。牛扒意外的大份, 我更本吃不完 這個價錢真很便宜。而且牛扒是包括一個麵包,飲料和羅宋湯😻 味道不錯 當然也不能跟高級餐廳的做比較啦。

相等於三分之二的彌敦道那麼長啦, 來這裏吃、買、玩交通相當方便 which is 2/3 long of Nathan Rd, is quite convenient to come eat, buy, and play for transportation

因為由天神1至7町目，橫跨了三個地鐵站 Because there are 3 subway stations are crossed from Tenjin sections 1 to 7

分別是「南森町駅」、「扇町駅 」和「天神橋筋六町目駅」，

今年的11/19,我去日本東京公幹 I went to Tokyo for business trip on 19/11/19

只有幾個小時出街買東西和吃東西 Only a few hours out for buy and eat

我選擇了去池袋, 原本沒有想去無敵家拉麵店的 I chose to go to Ikebukuro. I did n’t expect to go to the Mutekiya ramen shop at first.

因為每次聽到排隊要一個小時才有得吃 Because I have heard that at least 1 hour to wait for the queue

其實因為店內的座位極少, 只有17個座位 In fact, because there are very few 17 seats in the store

但當天下午4時15分, 我經過無敵家門口 At 4:15 p.m. that day, I passed the door of this ramen shop.

驚訝發現完全不用排隊, 機會一時無兩 Surprisingly to find that there is no need to wait in line at all.

首先要了解食拉麵的三大元素, 湯、麵、料 First of all, you must understand the 3 major elements of rameni.e. soup, noodles, and side dish ingredients.

湯, 湯頭就是一間拉麵店的靈魂 Soup is the soul of a ramen shop

無敵家的湯頭, 每日新鮮熬出一鍋湯頭 They freshly boil a pot of broth every day

最少要花十六個小時, 一日總共熬製出三鍋 It takes at least 16 hours, and 3 pots are cooked in a day.

確保每一碗拉麵的湯頭有最新鮮甘甜的狀態給客人享用 Make sure that each bowl of ramen soup is fresh and sweet for guests to enjoy

濃醇順口, 不會有死鹹的感覺, 湯頭濃郁 Thick and mellow rich flavor soup, not feeling dead salty
