台中│每天都是Vegan Day
如果我住在台中,一定天天去 Veganday Cuisine,首先老闆娘年輕美麗可愛,原來就是 布魯桑 / Bluesomeone!這家的食物非常非常高水準,我差點就錯過了,幸好有 植芮堂-素食保養專賣 介紹我去!
一打開菜單,第一道被我相中的就是招牌菜 - 很像紅酒燉牛肉,跟菜名一樣,真的很像,牛肉是猴頭菇,一口咬下去,立刻在咀裡融化,超嫩口的!然後,白花辣蔬翅,這根本就是雞翅吧,真的太像了,居然是花椰菜做的?!還有蘿蔔湯,不喜歡吃蘿蔔的我竟然吃不出來,還覺得湯很甜很好喝,太利害了!
除了主菜和小吃,當然少不了我最愛的甜點囉,分別點了巧克仙度瑞拉:朱古力味不會很重,淡淡的有點像咖啡味,超喜歡;提拉米蘇:選用豆腐做奶油,超好吃,大愛;法式草莓蛋糕 (抹茶味):這是新品喔,不管你是否抹茶控,也會立馬愛上;檸檬塔:酸酸甜甜的,很開胃,吃完覺得還可以再繼續!
差點忘了,這家的飲料也是超利害的,黑糖拿鐵和經典豆香奶茶是必點!
Veganday Cuisine 實在讓我太驚豔了,無論是主菜、小菜、甜點、飲料,還是裝潢、老闆、員工、還有寄賣純素周邊的小物品 (保養品、化妝品、環保物品)等等等等,都做得非常完整和完美!超級羨慕住在台中的你們,老闆娘我求你快來香港開一家!

If I live in Taichung, I must go to Veganday Cuisine every day because it's really amazing. No matter it's main course, side dish, dessert, drink, decoration, the owner, the staff etc. All done very complete and perfect! Super envy of you living in Taichung, please come to Hong Kong to open one for us!
As soon as I opened the menu, the first one was the signature dish - Vegan boeuf burgundy without wine. It was really like red wine stewed beef. The beef is actually monkey head mushroom. It melts immediately in the mouth when you bite it! So Juicy! Then, the cauliflower wings, this is just same as chicken wings? ! There is also a radish soup, I don't like to eat radish, but I didn't realize it is and I even think that the soup is very sweet and tasty!
In addition to the main dishes and snacks, of course, my favorite desserts come to the end, I ordered 3 different kinds of vegan cakes, and the owner offer us a new mutcha strawberry cake as well! I can't stop eating those cakes because they are just tooooo good~

These are from day 2 of my #LoveShikoku trip. They sell lotsa limited edition only in #Ehime snacks and candies like Oden Calbee potato chips, Mikan Calbee potato chips, mikan hi-chew and pear hi-chew!!! And a very refreshing loquat langue biscuit!!!
I have 3 more days here in Japan and i don’t know if i have enough luggage space 😂 At least better than auntie @cheeserland go bring back Japanese groceries like onion, tomato, radish all 😂

除此之外,【富华港式茶餐厅】还有一个透明玻璃的小空间,每天一早师傅就会在这里制作蛋挞, 11.30am新鲜出炉!金黄色的酥皮蛋挞又酥又脆,一口咬下去,那蛋液的好滋味在嘴里久久不能散去,赞啊~~~
另外, 小编也大推这里的【萝卜牛腩煲】, 非常整点! 采用澳洲上等牛腩来烹煮,肉质除了Juicy还很有嚼劲!而汤头更是赞到沒朋友!这一切都要归功于师傅在火候掌控上处理得刚刚好,好好味啊~~
在香港的茶餐厅一定少不了《番茄鸡肉炒意粉》,好一个中港式滋味的pasta, 虽简单但吃进嘴里却非常窝心, 有种在香港茶餐厅的感觉!
当然这里也还有很多港式美食, 比如《港式芝士焗鸡扒意粉》、《富华炒饭》、《腊味蒸饭》、《咖喱猪皮鱼蛋》都很不错, 很有Hong Kong Feel~!
最不能错过的当然是港式《冰镇奶茶》啦!这里的奶茶味道够香够滑,而且冷冷地喝下去,超清爽!非常适合大马天气的饮料~

ちょっぴり工夫しつつ簡単おいしい和風な納豆パスタ
動画の最後では全然絡まってないけど、最後に納豆があまり残らないよ!本当だよ!
【材料】
・オリーブオイル 大さじ1
・にんにく 1かけ
・茹で汁 大さじ2~
・生姜の皮 あれば1かけ分
・鰹節 1/2パック
・パスタ 80g
・醤油 小さじ1/2
・納豆 1パック
・納豆のタレor白だし 小さじ1/2~1
・たくあん 5mmスライス1枚
・大葉 1~2枚
・卵黄 1個
・オリーブオイル(仕上げ用) 大さじ1
【準備】
・にんにくの芽を取ってをスライスする
・たくあんを粗みじんくらいにする
・大葉を細切りにする
・納豆を半割りくわいに粗く包丁でたたき、納豆のタレ小さじ1/2・たくあんを混ぜる
【作り方】
1. 塩分濃度1%の沸騰したお湯でパスタを茹でる(早ゆでの場合はにんにくを加熱してからが○)
2. フライパンにオリーブオイル大さじ1・スライスしたにんにくを入れて中火にかけ、ふつふつしてきたら弱火に落とす
3. じっくり色づくまで加熱し、全体がきつね色になりかけくらいでにんにくの半分をペーパーに取り出す(にんにくチップになる)
4. 全体的ににんにくが色づいたらパスタの茹で汁大さじ1を加え、生姜の皮・鰹節1/2パックを入れて置いておく
5. パスタが茹で上がったら生姜の皮を取り出し、パスタをソースと合わせて醤油小さじ1/2を加え、茹で汁で濃度を調整する
6. 味を見てちょうどよくなったらお皿に盛り、納豆・大葉・卵黄をトッピングし、オリーブオイルをかけて出来上がり

[Material]
・1 tbsp olive oil
・1 clove of garlic
・2 tablespoons of boiling water
・1 piece of ginger skin if you have it
・1/2 pack of dried bonito flakes
・Pasta 80 g
・1/2 tsp soy sauce
・Natto (fermented soybeans) 1 pack
・Natto sauce or shiro-dashi 1/2 to 1 teaspoon
・Pickled radish 1 slice 5mm
・1 ~ 2 shiso leaves
・1 egg yolk
・Olive oil (for finishing) 1 tablespoon
[preparation]
・Remove the garlic shoots and slice it.
・Roughly mince the takuan.
・Finely chop the shiso leaves.
・Cut the natto in half and pound it roughly with a knife. Mix 1/2 teaspoon of the natto sauce and takuan.
[How to make]
1.Boil the pasta in 1% salt boiling water (When boiling quickly, heat the garlic first.).
2.Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sliced garlic in a pan and heat it over medium-heat. When it starts to bubble, lower the heat.
3.Heat it thoroughly until it browns. Take out half of the garlic on a paper when it becomes light brown (Be made into garlic chips).
4.Add 1 tablespoon of the pasta cooking water when the garlic browns entirely. Add the skin of the ginger and 1/2 pack of dried bonito flakes and leave it.
5.When the pasta is boiled, remove the ginger skin, mix the pasta with the sauce, add 1/2 teaspoon of soy sauce, and adjust the concentration with the water used to boil it.
6.Check the taste and serve it on a plate when it becomes just right. Top it with natto, shiso and egg yolk. Pour olive oil and it will be complete.

炒飯:油,蒜蓉 1 tbsp,杏鮑菇 1 tbsp,飯 1,砂糖 1 tbsp,味醂 1 tbsp,豉油 1 tbsp,蠔油 1 tbsp,胡椒粉,蔥花 1 tbsp
牛扒 250g,鹽,胡椒粉,橄欖油,牛油
水牛芝士 適量,蘿蔔芽,洋蔥,芥辣,照燒醬,蒜片
做法:
1. 在鑊加入油,炒香蒜蓉,杏鮑菇後,加入飯,砂糖,味醂,豉油,蠔油,胡椒粉,蔥花,炒勻
2. 牛扒用鹽,胡椒粉調味,在鑊加入橄欖油,牛油,煎牛扒致理想熟度
3. 在鐵板上加入炒飯,水牛芝士,牛扒,蘿蔔芽,洋蔥,芥辣,照燒醬,蒜片

Teriyaki Fried Rice: 1 Tbsp Minced Garlic, 1 Tbsp Chopped King Oyster Mushroom, 1 Serving Rice, 1 Tbsp Sugar, 1 Tbsp Mirin, 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce, 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce, Pepper, 1 Tbsp Chopped Scallion
Steak: 250gs Striploin, Salt, Pepper, 3 Handful Mozzarella, Radish Sprouts, Sliced Onion, Wasabi
Garnish: Garlic Chip, Teriyaki Sauce
▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Add oil to pan and stir-fry 1 Tbsp minced garlic and 1Tbsp chopped king oyster mushroom. Stir-fry 1 serving of cooked rice, 1 Tbsp sugar, 1 Tbsp Mirin, 1 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp oyster sauce, a bit of pepper and 1 Tbsp chopped scallion to make fried rice.
2. Add a bit of pepper and salt on each side of 250g striploin.
3. Add generous amount of olive oil to heated pan. Cook seasoned striploin for 30 seconds. Add butter and cook each side until browned.
4. Slice striploin.
5. Place the fried rice in the middle and sprinkle 3 handful of mozzarella cheese around the sides. When cheese starts to melt, add sliced striploin on top of the rice. Add radish sprouts, sliced onion and wasabi on top of the beef.
6. Finish off with garlic chips and teriyaki sauce.
