Raffles Courtyard presents its second installation of collaborations with home chefs - this time with renowned food writer @fat_fuku! Annette is known for her inspiring and impressive modern takes on traditional Peranakan family recipes. The Mee Siam Rosti ($18), which was absolutely delish, completely stole the show. Two portions of that solid ensemble is just not enough!! The Nasi Lemak Buah Keluak($15) was really fragrant and might just be my favourite rendition of Buah Keluak ever. And that Pandan Kueh Koh Swee($7)? Perfection. I was working my way through them really slowly because they were so good! I would recommend getting the FatFuku Bundle ($39) which comprises the 3 dishes mentioned above and an adorable cone of Roasted Banana Ice Cream with Gula Melaka Syrup($5).
The exclusive collaboration starts tomorrow and runs daily till 11 June (from 3pm-9pm). Come by on Wednesday and Thursday between 6pm - 8pm to meet Annette, and catch the famed Raffles Courtyard Happy Hour as well(5pm - 8pm daily)!
