If you are a junior and mid-level administrative and managerial staff, I recommend you to read this “The Art Of Position”. Based on her rich work experience, this book features all her honest and practical advice to every wage earner.

I did enjoy reading this book because it has all the essence of Datuk Stella Chin’s unique insights into leadership, communication, ideas, innovations, views and organizational skills.

INGO "Scholars at Risk Network" has published its latest report entitled "Obstacles to Excellence". This report examines how China's influences have undermined academic freedom in different places, covering case studies of Mainland, Hong Kong and Macao, and foreign countries. Under the OCTS model, Hong Kong (and Macao) is an offshore jurisdiction situated outside the direct-rule of the CCP machinery and thus we are at the forefront of China's expanding influence.
