Seperti kita sedia maklum Oat adalah antara bijirin yang paling sihat. Ia adalah bijirin bebas gluten dan kaya dengan vitamin, mineral, serat dan antioksidan yang penting. Oat kaya dengan nutrien yang mengandungi thiamine, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc, manganese, selenium, dan iron.
