500 Gram Daging Segar
2 Pek Kalio Aya Real Food
500 Gram Beras Basmathi
1 Biji Bawang Besar
Garam Secukup Rasa
Langkah-Langkah:
Rendam beras anda untuk membuang kanji, sekurangnya 1 jam.
Sediakan daging terlebih dahulu dengan merebus daging selama 15-20 minit sehingga empuk.
Ketika merebus, potong bawang besar dengan potongan yang besar.
Selepas merebus, biarkan sejuk, dan potong daging tersebut dengan potongan nipis.
Seterusnya, tumis daging tadi bersama bawang dan tuang 2 pek Kalio Aya Real Food Di dalam kuali.
Kacau sehingga sebati dan pastikan daging tersebut hanya separuh masak. Letakkan garam secukup rasa.
Selesai mesakak, letakkan bahan tadi ketepi dan mula memasak nasi. Menggunakan pengukus, anda perlu mengukus nasi sehingga separuh masak (lihat video) dan campurkan bahan campuran daging lagi ke dalam nasi dan gaul hingga sebati.
Teruskan langkah di atas sehingga nasi masak dan boleh teruskan dengan menghias makanan tersebut.
