🔴MY REVIEW: I really enjoy this product and brand. I had a noticeable difference in redness after just one use. Sometimes I will put a few drops of an anti-aging essential oil blend with either avocado or rosehip oil and it works great. It rinsed off easily and didn’t cause any irritation to my extremely dry sensitive skin. My skin feels smoother, brighter and it seems like my pores are clearer. Highly recommend.

🔴MY REVIEW: I have been using this product for more than 2 weeks now and absolutely love it. I use 1 pump of this product and spread it all over my face to include across my eye lids and lashes. Then I rinse with warm water and towel dry. It removes every bit of makeup without exception and I don’t even need a toner or follow up. Well, I have extremely dry sensitive skin, even some luxury brands like “Chxxxl” makes my face red sometimes. So I’m really careful when picking makeup removers as some of them can make my eyes burn. Well, I don’t want to wash multiple times to remove the makeup. This gets most of the makeup in the first cleanse. This one is amazing. Overall, it really breaks up my makeup and sunscreen without disrupting my skin’s sensitivity. Definitely recommend.

🔴MY REVIEW: I love this eye balm so much with so many natural ingredients was a big plus for me. This balm is small enough to carry with me in my purse, it also spreads well so I do not have to use a lot at one time. It does not leave my fingers feeling greasy like other balms and it smells amazing. It absorbs quickly so I don’t have a long wait to apply my moisturizer or makeup. Well, I’ve actually been using this twice a day all over my face and neck, not just under my eyes. My skin is extremely soft, tiny wrinkles have smoothed out and my under eyes do seem a little brighter. Absolutely fantastic!!!

🔴MY REVIEW: I have been using this face serum for about a month now and I’m already noticing a difference. It sinks into the skin quickly which I love. It leaves my skin feeling really soft, renewed and hydrated. I especially love the organic and natural ingredients used in the serum. Overall, this serum is moisturizing. It keeps my face looking young and vibrant. This’s lightweight and I can easily wear this at bedtime as well as underneath my makeup. Definitely recommend.

It's obvious that last night I was in a hardworking mood but I suddenly came so lightly with my hand sis simbahlah clorox in the bathroom.. but there's not much.. in half a small cup.... because the bathroom was wet at that time.... just pour it in the sink And at the corner of the toilet.... want to clean the bathroom but it's said that there's nothing to do... tv is also the story of hape2... it's better for me to clean up.... once after simbah clorox it's normal that I will let it That kind of watch... but today I want to be unfortunate... because of sleeping fast (itchy right. You wanted to wash it just now. You want to sleep now) after simbah brushing straight away... once not even a few minutes my eyes hurt.... chest hurts.... and worst can't breathe anymore!! how many minutes my head hurts.... Already drunk... already vomiting..... throat became like phlegm! It's torturing... 😭😭😭..... lungs become narrow as narrow as it is in just 5 minutes!! feels like breathing right... this breathing tract is really stuck and feels hot in the throat... ouch... His worries don't say anything.. we don't know anything like this anymore.... if you ask me to create an account I'll be smart... haha... I thought I'd stay for a while and rest in 15 minutes and see It's been a long time since I can't breathe! until standing I can't walk.. he really didn't give a chance... my husband brought him to MMC... until I couldn't register I have requested for neb! Can't stand it anymore..... until MMC laid down straight away... doctor checked.... straight on neb... on drip... into water..... insert medicine thru drip for inflammation... wow.... luckily.... quick... luckily after neb.... after taking the medicine all oxygen became okay again.... when I came the oxygen reading dropped and became 90.... crazy not short of breath.... if I didn't get to breath.... if I didn't know Refer to GH because Clorox cases like this are really private rejected..... 😫😫😫

Just like you, I was once a student, and the truth is, you can get really lazy to cook for yourself especially when you are living on your own with very limited space and cooking utensils.
During my first year in Uni, I ate out every single day and without even realising it, I started gaining weight. It wasn’t until towards the end of my 2nd year, where I started to learn to cook for myself. I had no idea what I was doing. So it was super basic cooking, with very little ingredients, but hey, that got back on a healthier eating track and that’s how I got into fitness.
Here are 3 of my favourite student meals, which I still cook up till today because they are easy, you won’t need a lot of ingredients or space and they can be ready in under 15 minutes.

JACKET POTATO with TUNA & MELTED CHEESE
Ingredients (serves 1)
1. 1 large Potato, washed – 197Cals
2. ½ can Tuna Chunks – 55Cals
3. 2 tbsps. Cheese, shredded – 36Cals
4. 1 tbsp. Yoghurt – 59Cals
5. ¼ tsp. Mixed Herbs
Steps:
1. The first step is to prick the potato all over with a knife.
2. Then cook the potato on full power in the microwave for 7 to 10 minutes, depending on the size of your potato.
3. While the potato is cooking, in a bowl, mix the tuna chunks, yoghurt and herbs together. Then set it aside.
4. After 10 minutes, remove the potato from the microwave and cut the potato in half lengthwise and fill up with tuna mixture.
5. Then I’m going to top it up with some shredded cheese. Place it back into the microwave, and cook very quickly for about one and a half minutes just to melt the cheese.

WHITE BEANS & CHICKEN SOUP
Ingredients (serves 4)
1. 1 can White Beans, rinsed and drained – 380Cals
2. 1 Chicken Breast (400g), cubed – 780Cals
3. 2 Onions, chopped – 92Cals
4. 4 Celery Stalks, chopped – 24Cals
5. 1 Carrot, sliced – 25Cals
6. 1 Tomato, sliced – 22Cals
7. 4 cups Chicken Stock – 48Cals
8. ¼ tsp. Mixed Herbs
9. Salt and Pepper to taste
Steps:
1. Start by prepping all your ingredients. Chopped all the vegetables - onions, celery, carrot and tomato. And slice up the chicken breast.
2. The next step is to simple fill up a pot with chicken stock and add in all your ingredients.
3, I’m seasoning mine with a little bit of mixed herbs and salt and pepper.
4. Allow all the ingredients to cook under medium heat for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Serve warm!
Per Serving – 343Cals
BLACK BEAN SALSA WRAP
Ingredients (serves 4)
1. 1 can Black Beans, rinsed and drained – 336Cals
2. 1 can Corn, rinsed and drained – 196Cals
3. 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped – 30Cals
4. 3 tbsps. Salsa Sauce – 12Cals
5. 4 tbsps. Cheese, shredded – 72Cals
6. 2 cups Spinach – 14Cals
7. ½ tsp. Mixed Herbs
8. 4 Wholegrain Wrap – 520Cals
Steps:
1. In a bowl, simple combine the beans, corn, bell pepper, salsa sauce and season with mixed herbs.
2. Now let’s assemble it! Place your wrap on a plate. Arrange a handful of spinach. Then, spoon the bean mixture onto the wrap and I’m going to top mine with a little bit of shredded cheese and roll it up!

00:00 In today's episode, I have a question from Umang, who asked, "Hey Rayner, how do I scan the stock markets for my trading setup? Because there are so many stocks out there. Hundreds, if not thousands of stocks."
00:17 So my response to this is that there's a four-step procedure that you can follow, number one: finding a trading setup or a pattern is just like finding a wife.
00:37 if you are looking for a wife who is a brunette, Asian, Chinese, Indian, or whatsoever, you have to know what you're looking for in the first place, and it's the same for trading the markets.
00:54 Are you looking for a trending stock? a breakout stock, or maybe a stock that's tanked over the last twelve months and you're going to buy near the bottom whatsoever.
01:10 Once you've defined your trading setup then you can go into step two: Determine the market cap of the stocks you want to trade. For example, for those of you who are in the U.S., you have Russell 3000. Russell 3000 comprises of the large-cap, mid-cap, and the small-cap stocks. So, if you can define what market capitalization of stocks you want to trade, you can filter it down further. But if you're let's say, in Singapore, there's the large-cap, mid-cap, you have a few thereabout. You don't really need to do this classification, it's only for those of you who are in countries where you have thousands and thousands of stocks.
01:48 So once you have classified the market cap at step two, proceed to step three: Scan the markets. Let's say you want to scan stocks that are trending, what you want to do is to put up the twenty, fifty and two hundred period moving average, so if the stock is above the three moving averages, chances are it's a trending stock. You can also go through your entire watchlist and scan all the stocks which are above these moving averages. Alternatively, if you want to trade breakout stocks, you can just look for stocks that are on a 52-week high, breaking out of their 200-day high, etc. Another example I can give you is that if you want to buy stocks that are doing very bad over the last 12 months and you want to catch bottoms, what you can do is to scan stocks at their 52-week low, 200-day low, and etc.
02:44 Once you've scanned the markets, what you want to do is do number four: Put it all in a spreadsheet. Let's say you have 500 stocks to scan, you can do it all on the weekend. You want to put down those stocks in a spreadsheet that are close to having their setup occur so that when the market opens next week, you will only focus on those stocks in your spreadsheet that are about to have their setup occur. So, what you want to do is to find the gems among your 500 stocks and put it into a spreadsheet, and focus on it this coming week.
03:40 Now that you can scan the stock market and find the trading setups that you want, some of you might be wondering if there is any software to do this work for you? The only one that I do know of is Finviz, F-I-N-V-I-Z, and that is only for the U.S. stock market. They have this kind of quick scanner on whether you want to use fundamentals or technicals. As for local Singaporean stocks, Philippine stocks, Indian stocks, I do not know of such tools that are in the market right now. But for the U.S. there is Finviz. If there are no scanners you can just go through the four steps I shared with you. Number one, define your trading setup. Number two, know the market cap that you want to trade. Number three, scan the markets. And number four, put those stocks that you have scanned into a spreadsheet so you can track them when the market opens this coming week.

These are what I ate on the 3rd week since I got back from Japan.

⇨ Day 1
☆ Chocolate Protein Smoothie
2 TBS Tropeaka Lean Protein Powder
2 TSP Tropeaka Immunity
1 TSP Tropeaka Maca Powder
1 TSP Tropeaka Cacao Powder
6 ice cubes / almond milk
250 ml of almond milk
20g of Brazil Nuts
Banana (Optional)
☆ Burrito Bowl:
Beef (Porterhouse, Scotch Fillet, or Rump)
2-3 Tomatoes
1 Large Avocado
Button Squash
Sour Cream (optional)
Cheddar Cheese (optional)
Salad Leaves
1/2 Red Onion
1 Lemon
Corainder
First make pico de gallo. Chop up 2 tomatoes, 1/2 a red onion, some corainder. Mix them in a bowl and squeeze in 1/2 a lemon or 1 lemon.
Mash up your avocado and add the remaining lemon or lime. Your preference.
Chop up the steak into small cubes and fry it over stove with coconut oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Then just mix them all together in a bowl. Use your favourite salad leaves, or vegetables. I've roasted some squash here as well.
⇨ Day 2
☆ Matcha Protein Cleanse Smoothie:
1 TSP of Tropeaka Matcha
1 TBS of Tropeaka Vanilla Lean Protein Powder
2 TSP of Tropeaka Ultra Cleanse
Stevia (optional - I use a few drops)
Banana or your favourite fruits (Optional)
1/2 an Avocado
250ml Almond Milk/Coconut Milk
☆ Smoked Salmon Salad
Honestly I just mix everything together. I don't have measurements of this one.
☆ Kale, sweet potato and Roast Chicken
I rarely ever roast my own chicken anymore. I just buy them from the local charcoal chicken store.
I coat my sweet potato with some coconut oil and roast it in the oven for about 15-20 mins in total. Flip the sweet potatoes once.
For kale, i normally stir fry is quickly with some coconut oil and salt so that it's easier to digest.
⇨ Day 3
☆ Matcha Chocolate Truffle
200g of Cacao Butter
28g of Coconut Oil
80ml of coconut Cream
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Stevia/erythritol (To taste - you can add both)
For the coating:
Some matcha powder and erythritol (Swerve) - mix them together.
This is actually quite hard to make.
First melt the cacao butter and coconut oil slowly using a double boiler. Make SURE you don't burn the butter. You'll have to do it VERY slowly. I melt probably about 3/4 of the cacao butter then i chuck all the rest of the ingredients in the food processor and blend them together so that it is like a ganache texture. Not watery, more like creamy! Add your favourite sweetener. You can use coconut sugar, caster sugar, honey, maple syrup, etc. Then pop the mixture into a piping bag or a zip lock bag and squeeze them into an ice cream/ chocolate mold. Then freeze it for about 15 minutes or so, or longer.
Then take it out and let it rest for a while before you coat them!
☆ Prawn + Squash + Salad
I just roast the squash in the oven for about 15 mins. Coated with coconut oil and salt
For the prawns. Just fry it with some coconut oil, some tomato paste, salt, pepper, garlic, ginger and turmeric. Very easy.
⇨ Day 5
☆ Matcha Chia Seed Pudding (SUPER TASTY)
1 tsp of Tropeaka Matcha Powder
30g of Chia Seeds
50ml of Full Coconut Cream
70ml of Almond Milk
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
A few drops of Stevia or Maple Syrup
Let it set in the fridge!
Taste sooooo GOOODDD!!! I love the pudding!
⇨ Day 6-7 recipes are really basic. I get the fatty king fish cuts from our local japanese grocery. Very GUD!
