WOLF BLASS Red Label Chardonnay 2015（澳洲禾富夏多內白葡萄酒）
帶有強烈奔放的芭櫟、柑橘香氣，然後是蜂蜜與微微的熱帶水果氣息，入口是青蘋果酸味主導，酒體為干型，口感微潤順口，尾韻是礦石、焦糖與微微的辣口，算是一款『平價易飲』的酒款，不過酸度略微不足，以339的售價來說，我個人給他（評分：B++）的評價。
ps.酒杯會有些微如細砂糖般的酒石酸殘留，我猜想釀酒過程也許有人工添加酒石酸來增加酒的酸度！

原本就很喜歡威士忌，
目前Highland大約都喝遍了，Lowland也嘗試過了。
原本對於Islay區的威士忌都很害怕，
老是覺得有令人不悅的味道。
就算好到Arebeg還是不敢嘗試。
日前友人買了一支Red Label送我玩，
第一口喝就有一種很Islay的味道。
憑著我旺盛的好奇心，經過向專業人士的調查。
答案出爐：Red Label的確用的是島區基酒，
因為Johnny Walker起源地在蘇格蘭西南方靠近海邊的小鎮。
沿襲傳統風格，擁有煙燻、海鹽的風味。
剛開始喝還得要兌點可樂，才覺得習慣。
喝了第二次開始，嘗試加冰。
令人無法忍受味道們突然不見了。
而原本認為的怪味反而成為層次，
帶有濃郁的Aroma，尾韻的甜都在舌根跟喉頭上面。
和舌尖、舌側帶有的略微刺激感，
帶一種有趣又不顯廉價的趣味。
對於一支沒有年份的Blended來說，
有這樣的味道實在很令人玩味。
難怪NOX的當家Mordie要說這支是很超值的酒了。
