有料生配信をご視聴いただくには、下記の配信URLにアクセス後、シリアルコード入力欄に指定されたシリアルコードの入力が必要です。
シリアルコードは、SKIYAKI TICKETアプリ上でご案内しておりますので、配信チケットをご購入いただいたお客様は各自ご確認をお願いいたします。
※一度使用されたシリアルコードは、別のSHOWROOMアカウントで使用することはできません。
※シリアルコードは配信開始前に入力可能です。お早めにシリアルコードの入力をお済ませいただき、配信開始をお待ちください。
※シリアルコードは、視聴端末やブラウザを変更すると使用できなくなります。必ずご視聴いただく端末やブラウザでシリアルコードをご入力ください。
※シリアルコードを他のお客様に伝えてしまうと、視聴ができなくなりますのでご注意ください。
※シリアルコードを入力する際、SHOWROOMのiOS、Androidアプリ、もしくはPCサイトよりSHOWROOMへのログインが必要です。
※シリアルコードはSKIYAKI TICKETアプリの「整理番号」部分に表示されます。

＜Announcement Regarding HYDE LIVE 2020 Jekyll & Hyde Paid Live Broadcast Viewing Page＞
This is an announcement regarding the broadcast viewing page for the paid live broadcast of HYDE LIVE 2020 Jekyll & Hyde, which will be held from September 5th (Sat) to 7th (Mon) and 11th (Fri) to 12th (Sat), 2020.
To view the paid live broadcast, you will need to access the broadcast viewing page through the links listed below and enter the specified serial code in the serial code entry field.
You should have received a notification regarding your serial code on the SKIYAKI TICKET app. Customers who have purchased a live broadcast ticket, please check the SKIYAKI TICKET app.
※Once used, the serial code cannot be used on a different SHOWROOM account.
※The serial code can be entered before the start of the live broadcast. Please enter the serial code beforehand and await the start of the broadcast.
※Please note that you will not be able to use the serial code on a second terminal or browser. Please enter the serial code on the terminal or browser that you wish to view the broadcast on.
※Please note that you will not be able to view the broadcast if you reveal your serial code to other customers.
※You will need to log in on the SHOWROOM iOS/Android app or the SHOWROOM website in order to enter the serial code.
※The serial code is displayed in the “Reference Number” section on the SKIYAKI TICKET app.
※1 serial code will be issued per ticket. Please note that once used, the serial code cannot be used on a different SHOWROOM account. Please note that in order to prevent unauthorized access, the serial code cannot be reissued. We ask for your kind understanding.
※Please note that we will not be able to respond to inquiries such as “I cannot log in” or “I have not received my serial code” etc. on the day of the paid live broadcast. Please ensure that you are able to log in and have gotten your serial code issued beforehand.
