Beef & Liberty Hong Kong is launching a brand new burger today called "Cluck Norris"!

Cluck Norris burger is a grilled chicken thigh burger with crispy skin wafers, pickled jalapeño, avocado & mayo all in between their house made burger buns. The aromatic flavour from chicken skin and a hint of spiciness from the jalapeño really lifted the flavour of this new burger! Don't forget to try their Moonzen Lemon Saison Draught beer too!

Worried about calories? You may also go healthy with their #reinventingsalads campaign salad, "Haloumi & Persimmon Superfood Salad" which is with quinoa crusted Haloumi, lentil, spelt, persimmon, mint, spring onion, cucumber, carmelized onion, & a sweet sherry vinaigrette!

Another one of my favourite salads was from Chef Neil Tomes of Beef & Liberty Hong Kong with a Haloumi & Persimmon Salad. 🧀
Despite looking small, this salad was incredibly filling, not to mention delicious!
All seven salads will be available at their respective restaurants (check back for more photos of the other salads!) from June 29 - July 30, and on @deliveroo_hk! 🤗

This classic Italian salad was made by Chef @86vinny from Linguini Fini: Seared Scallop & Homemade Bacon Panzanella with uni and truffle vinaigrette! 😋
