So excited to announce this!! This year I'm launching ROCKtri Ladies, in collaboration with the Triathlon Association of Singapore (@sgtri), to bring you a programme that is exclusively for women only.

The world of multisport may seem intimidating but it actually isn’t. This is an opportunity for women to try their hand at something new and get out of their comfort zone, in a women-friendly environment.

ROCKtri Ladies will span across seven months, from March to September, with workshops every month to help get you to the start line of the Singapore Aquathlon and Singapore International Triathlon. Or if you just want to meet more like-minded ladies!

The training clinics will be led by experienced and certified local female coaches, and sporting identities, so you will be in good hands.

We are kicking off with a launch event on 23 March, Saturday, 2pm where we will have an introduction of the programme before we go for an easy 5km run. Reg link in bio - come and join us!

At yday's inaugural ROCKtri Aquathlon, we had our guest-of-honour @thesquirmygremlin awarding the participants with their finisher medals. He was so cute, walking up to them with the medals before putting them around their necks. Congrats to all the finishers and to all the first time OWSers, good job and keep believing in yourselves!
