HOW TO : rebus semua dalam 10 minit sahaja medium heat. Jangan sampai mendidih.

Hey guys!! Bila bulan puasa ni, satu kuih yang I always cari is tepung pelita! My favourite everrr 😍 Memandangkan tak bole nak pegi bazaar ramadan, diri ini menggigihkan diri buat sendiri. This is my first time buat tepung pelita, masa berbuka try makan, something is not right. Rasa tepung beras tu kuat sgt ! So malam lepas terawih I adjust the taste and yesssss sedap!! Resepi bawah ni Yang dah updated punya, so try la buat kalau teringin nak makan 😋

TEPUNG PELITA

Bahan A (Lapisan Hijau)
- 3 cawan air pandan (3 helai daun pandan blend dengan 3 cawan air)
- 2 cawan air
- 1 cawan tepung beras
- 1 cawan gula
- 1 sedikit pewarna hijau
- sedikit garam

HOW TO :
1. Masak semua atas api sampai pekat. Consistency mixture ni kena pekat so nanti bila simpan fridge texture dia elok and tak lembik sangat.
2. Tapis untuk elakkan mixture ada lumps.
3. Tabur gula dalam dasar bekas.
4. Tuang mixture dalam bekas.
5. Biarkan sejuk room temperature or bole masuk fridge jugak.
6. Bole proceed buat lapisan putih

BAHAN B (Lapisan putih)
- 4 sudu makan tepung beras
- 1/2 sudu makan tepung jagung (optional)
- 1 1/2 kotak santan
- 1 cawan air
- sedikit garam
- sedikit gula

HOW TO :
1. Masak semua sampai pekat. Kalau tak nak lapisan putih tu keras sikit, tak payah letak tepung jagung. I suka yg putih tu pejal2 sikit so I letak tepung jagung.
2. Tapis mixture putih then bole letak atas lapisan hijau tadi. Ratakan.
3. Simpan dalam fridge at least 3 hours and then bole makannn! 😋

TIPS : Guna bekas kecil2 lagi better dari guna bekas besar 😉

Siapa pernah buat chocolate chip cookies guna frying pan? Haaaa here’s an easy Giant chocolate chip recipe where I used @tefal_my Ingenio range! Removable handle, pan bole atas any kind of hobs and bole masuk oven too ? Mommy Sabby mmg approved! Lol ? Banyak lagi recipe nak share guna Tefal Ingenio ni, so semua recipes nanti I guna hashtag ni #sabbyprueXtefal so korang bole senang cari ??

85g butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp castor sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup of flour
1/2 - 3/4 cups of bittersweet chocolate chips

P/S :
1. Make sure pan korang boleh masuk oven tau, jgn main masuk je ? kalu takde, bole try Tefal Ingenio ni k?

2. Adjust sugar to your liking, i prefer less sweet. If you nak cookies more gooey, you can add more sugar

3. Serve warm with ice cream mmg paling sedap!

4. Kalau the cookies tak abis, cut them in pieces and simpan dalam fridge if nak tahan lagi lama. When you want it eat simply leave it out of the fridge or nak makan warm, panaskan dlm microwave for a few seconds.
