5/24 在課程帶練的第一個動作就是廣為人知的Gwara Gwara （南非）, 但我相信還有很多人不知道它到底從哪開始的，甚至還有人說這個動作是蕾哈娜發明的，come on🤣, 蕾哈娜效應只能說因為名人加持，而讓更多人感到新鮮驚奇，也想要跟個流行！剛好看到Parris 貼了蕾哈娜跳這個動作，我就來分享原跳者 DJ Bongz的吧！我記得這個動作剛出來，就是看我一群非洲朋友聚在家裡聽音樂跳，我在旁邊看他們瓜才認識到，我老公還說，這個動作就算我這個非洲人還不見得會跳，然後他又自己跟著音樂亂瓜幾下，看著有趣之餘，自己就看著Bongz的影片去揣摩他的感覺，然後在家煮飯想到瓜幾下，晾衣服想到瓜幾下，洗澡前想到瓜幾下，慢慢去感受這個動作！現在你知道我與瓜拉瓜拉是如何結緣的了吧😊😊😌😌🇿🇦
