As you guys know from my Insta story yesterday, I just got my health check-up at Sunway Medical Centre Velocity with @nash_idrus. The whole experience was amazing, which I’ll share about it some other time.

I love serving my family good wholesome breakfast in the morning. In fact, the first thing that pops into my mind as soon as I wake up is “What should we have for breakfast today?” 😄

We had fruits (watermelon & apples), bread and buns, scrambled eggs, leftover cooked sardine, as well as leftover guacamole 🥑 And since I have an early appointment to go for, I ordered my special brewed coffee ☕️
