Get the Order Right!
“Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves has been born of God, and knows God. He who doesn’t love doesn’t know God, for God is love. By this God’s love was revealed in us, that God has sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. In this is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son as the atoning sacrifice for our sins. Beloved, if God loved us in this way, we also ought to love one another. No one has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God remains in us, and his love has been perfected in us.” (1 John 4:7-12 WEB)
Wrong belief: Love one another so that God will love you. If you don’t walk in love, then He will not love you.
Correct belief: God loves you and He proved it by sending Jesus to be the atoning sacrifice for your sins. Now that you know how much you are loved, you also have the ability to love one another.
How the Old Covenant of the Law works: Do good to others so that God will do something good to you. If you do not, then expect Him to do something bad to you.
This is the way of the New Covenant of Grace: Something good has happened to you, and because this happened to you, you are able to do something good to others.
Under Grace, we discover what God has done for us through Christ, and knowing what we have in Christ enables us to possess that part of the inheritance in our daily lives.
When you read God’s word, pray to see what God has done for you through Jesus’ finished work at the cross. This is how you will bear the fruit of good works unto God. Not doing good works out of guilt and trying to atone for your sins, but as a worshipful response from receiving God’s love!

Hello hello! How's 2021 going?
You know how we had dalgona + Chloe Ting phases last year? I predict January's phase is journaling. I myself have started and I actually really like it! I mentioned my mental health was dwindling at the end of last year, so I started using a happiness planner recently. I fill it out in the morning and at night and although it's only been about a week, I'm already feeling a little more hopeful ♡ Aside from helping you schedule out your day/week, the main focus is filling out what you're excited for each day and what you're grateful for each night. My goal for this year was to be excited to live again and this has helped me continue finding things to appreciate and look forward to each day. I hope you're all well and healthy wherever you are!
