[More photos of last night Dualthon National Trial 2019]
During the last training phase, I struggled to give my best effort in the very end of the race. I couldn't turn on my final gear.
Glad last night, I was able to give my very best shot towards the home stretch even I knew I won't be able to catch them but at least a 3:10 min for the last km!
From the result, I started off the first 2km run with a 6:09 minutes (3:04.5 min/km avg), being the first one to come back, but lost 1:30 min compare to the fastest cyclist of the day.
I always wanted to try Dualthon at least once as I only know how to ride bike during my undergraduate time in UM. And really glad and appreciate that last night I have my debut and it's racing against the best! I told myself, it's not the bike, or gear, or clip shoe (I was the only one wearing running shoe), but the fighting mindset. It's not a race with them actually, but being able to give your best effort, and you are the winner of the day!

I got lots of nice photos for my first Dualthon.
A really great experience! Perhaps I will be back in Dualthon next time.
