在現代化的潮流下，原住民文化曾經逐漸凋零，近年來人們終於意識到原住民文化保存的重要性，曾經一位長輩問過我一個問題"如何幫助原住民們，讓他們生活地更好？"....這讓我不禁思索，何謂生活地更好？旅行愈多，愈發覺地...快樂似乎才是最重要的，但快樂和物質金錢是否畫上等號？我的答案是否定的，不是金錢不重要，而是要取得個平衡點。:"窮"其實是相對的，在資本主義到來之前，人們的快樂很簡單，隨著物質生活與科技的發展，人們似乎愈來愈難得到當初簡單的快樂，更難取悅...。人們漸漸地拋棄傳統...走上追求物質的道路。

這首泰雅族山歌餘韻還在我腦裡迴盪，久久揮之不去。你說...文化之於人的意義是什麼？傳統文化在現代社會的價值是什麼? 千百年流傳下來的，既是血，是根....也是靈魂的刻印，若是捨去了，人類剩下了什麼？

Four of us completed the trial to divine trees that aged over thousands years in the afternoon, then we join the activity in church at night to listen the history&story about Atayal people(One of aboriginal in Taiwan) and this village.

I always wonder that is Happiness equal the quantity of money? I found the answer is "no" since traveling more, people think that giving money and civilizing is the best way to help them, but I don't wanna agree with it, I notice that over-civilization is destroying the tradition somehow, also the way to be happy even harder and harder day by day.

This aboriginal song is still roaming in my head even it was several years ago. What is the meaning of culture to ppl? What is the value of traditional culture to contemporary society? It have passed down for thousands years, it's our blood, the root, also the marks to our soul. If we throw it away, what are the rest of value to mankind？
