4 NON COFFEE SUPERFOOD LATTES
MATCHA VANILLA LATTE
1. ½ cup Soy Milk – 64Cals
2. ½ cup Hot Water
3. 1 tsp. Matcha Green Tea Powder – 12Cals
4. 1 tsp. Maple Syrup – 17Cals
5. ¼ tsp. Vanilla Extract – 4Cals
Total Calories: 97Cals
ROOIBOS TEA LATTE
1. 1 Rooibos tea bag
2. ½ cup Hot Water
3. ½ cup Soy Milk – 64Cals
4. 1 tsp. Maple Syrup – 17Cals
5. 1/8 tsp. Cinnamon Powder
Total Calories: 81Cals
COCONUT CHOCOLATE LATTE
1. ½ cup Coconut Milk – 222.5Cals
2. ½ cup Water
3. 1 tbsp. Raw Cacao Powder – 31Cals
4. 1 tsp. Maple Syrup – 17Cals
5. ¼ tsp. Vanilla Extract – 4Cals
Total Calories: 515Cals
SPICED TEA LATTE
1. ½ cup Coconut milk – 222.5Cals
2. ½ cup Hot Water
3. 1/8 tsp. Turmeric – 2Cals
4. 1/8 tsp. Cinnamon Powder
5. 1 tsp. Ginger Powder – 6Cals
6. 1 tsp. Maple Syrup – 17Cals
Total Calories: 247.5Cals
STEPS:
1) In a mug mix the dry ingredients or steep the tea bag with hot water. Stir until the powder is fully dissolved.
2) Then sweeten it with a teaspoon of maple syrup or honey. You can also choose to flavoUr it with ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir again.
3) Next, warm the milk in a saucepan over medium heat. I used either soy milk or coconut milk.
4) Pour the milk into a cup and froth the milk with an electric milk frother.
5) Then pour the milk into the drink mixture and serve warm.

Week 6 started off a bit rough, didn't mean for it to, cause i thought I could get back on track... nope, didn't really pan out like I had hope for due to one small factor. Magnesium deficiency. it's bad enough that my sleep still is a work in progress, that just made not having enough magnesium in my body all the more complicated...causing spells of emoness, crankiness bloatedness,, feeling tired...
Spoke to my coach, and first thing he asked was I consistent with my mag. I admit i wasn't last week. This week, i made sure every night I took a good amount of Magnesium (by the way, important to know the kind of magnesium you're taking too).
Felt a lot better just from that one supplement.
From there, i decided to try out some posing practices. Since this is something I'm SUPER unfamiliar with, it's best to start trying it out. unfortunately I don't have a physical teacher with me.. so google is my best bet.... and insta ....and youtube.
on a side note, i'm happy that my back is leaning out a lot more and Coach ben mentioned that too. Yay!!!
