相信素食朋友對「無肉食」應該不陌生,北角、佐敦、旺角也有分店,甚至連我身邊的肉食朋友也聽說過這素食自助餐。「無肉食」近期更殺入中環開分店,而且主打VEGAN,包括我一直期待著的蛋糕也是VEGAN的,即無蛋奶成份。我真的是在加國時就已經盼望著要回港,好好品嚐一番!
簡潔、寬敞、明亮的裝修,讓我和朋友都感到很自在舒適。自助區域非常乾淨,我第一眼就相中甜品區了!而且廚師真的很貼心把甜點都做得很小塊,好讓我可以試更多不同的菜餚!港人至愛的「木桶豆腐花」是另一亮點,你甚至可以加點紅豆,秒變紅豆豆花。VEGAN甜品真的讓我很驚喜,最愛紐約芝士蛋糕和草莓撻!
除了甜品,自助區也有其他的菜餚,包括冷盤、熱盤、炸物、湯品等。但這裡我想為大家介紹「抗疫期間特別餐」,價錢為HKD88-HKD148,而且價錢已包括了自助餐,簡直是良心餐廳!重點是12款特別餐裡,樣樣都感覺很好吃,而且有部分餐點更使用了「新豬肉 Omnipork」、「未來肉 Beyond Meat」和「新韓牛 Unlimeat」。例如我點的乾炒牛河,使用了新韓牛,連肉食朋友也覺得驚訝,太像了!而且炒得很有鍋氣,非常香港!

I believe veg friends should be familiar with "Ahimsa Buffet". There are also branches in North Point, Jordan and Mong Kok. Even the meat friends around me have heard of this vegetarian buffet. "Ahimsa Buffet" has recently opened a branch in Central, and it is 100% VEGAN, including the cake I have been waiting for so long. I was really looking forward to returning to Hong Kong when I was in Canada, and have a good meal here!
The simple, spacious and bright decoration makes me and my friend feel comfortable. The buffet area is very clean, and immediately spot the dessert area! I appreciate that the chef made the desserts very tiny, so that I could try more different dishes! Hong Kong people's beloved "Wooden Tofu Dessert" is another highlight. You can even add some red beans and change them to red beans tofu dessert in seconds. VEGAN desserts really surprised me. I love the New York cheesecake and the strawberry tart the most!
In addition to desserts, there are other dishes in the buffet area, including cold dishes, hot dishes, fried, soups, etc. But here I want to introduce you to "Special Meal During Epidemic Prevention Period", the price is between HKD88-HKD148, and the it includes the buffet, it is a restaurant of conscience! The main point is that in the 12 special meals, everything feels delicious, and some meals also use "Omnipork", "Beyond Meat" and "Unlimeat". For example, I ordered the Fried Ho Fan with beef, using the unlimeat, and even my meat friend was surprised, it just tastes so similar! And this is a classic Kong style dish!

Resepi Kek Red Velvet Manis Berlemak
Bahan-bahan (Kek)
2 cwn tepung gandum
2 sb serbuk koko
1 sb soda bikarbonat
1 sb serbuk penaik
1 cwn minyak jagung
1 cwn gula
2 biji telur
1 sb pewarna merah
1 sb esen vanila
1/2 cwn air panas
1 sb cuka makan
1 cwn buttermilk (1 cwn susu+2 sb cuka)
Bahan-bahan (Krim Keju)
200 gm krim keju
1/2 gula
250 gm mentega
Cara memasak (Kek)
1. Pukul minyak jagung, gula, dan telur menggunakan mesin pengadun sehingga sebati.
2. Masukkan pewarna merah dan esen vanila. Pukul seketika.
3. Masukkan buttermilk dan kacau seketika.
4. Ayak tepung gandum, soda bikarbonat, serbuk penaik dan serbuk koko. Gaul sebati.
5. Tuangkan air panas dan cuka makan ke dalam adunan. Kacau adunan sehingga sebati.
6. Tuangkan adunan ke dalam acuan dan bakar selama 35-40 minit pada suhu 170°c.
Cara memasak (Krim Keju)
1. Pukul krim keju, mentega dan gula sehingga kembang.
2. Masukkan ke dalam pipping beg. Ketepikan.
Penyediaan
1. Potong kek kepada tiga bahagian and simpan lebihan kek sebagai hiasan.
2. Hancurkan lebihan kek tersebut dan ketepikan.
3. Paipkan krim keju frosting pada lapisan pertama and lapiskan potongan kek di atasnya.
4. Paipkan lagi krim keju frosting di atas dan seluruh bahagian kek. Ratakan krim dan sejukkan kek selama 20 minit.
5. Hiaskan kek mengikut kreativiti sendiri. Kek Red Velvet Manis Berlemak siap untuk dihidangkan.

Red Velvet Cake With Cream Cheese Recipe
Ingredients (Cake)
2 cups of wheat flour
2 tbsp of cocoa powder
1 tbsp of soda bicarbonate
1 tbsp of baking powder
1 cup of corn oil
1 cup of sugar
2 nos eggs
1 tbsp of red food coloring
1 tbsp of essence vanilla
1/2 cup hot water
1 tbsp of vinegar
1 cup of buttermilk (1 cup of fresh milk+2 tbsp of vinegar)
Ingredients (Cream Cheese Frosting)
200 gm cream cheese
1/2 cup of sugar
250 gm butter
Cooking methods (Cake)
1. Beat corn oil, sugar, and eggs using a mixer until well combined.
2. Add in red coloring and essence vanilla. Beat well.
3. Add in buttermilk and stir for while.
4. Sieve wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Mix all well.
5. Pour in hot water and vinegar into the batter. Stir the batter to combine.
6. Pour the batter into the cake tray and bake for 35-40 minutes at 170°c
Cooking methods (Cream Cheese Frosting)
1. Beat cream cheese, butter and sugar until fluffy.
2. Put into pipping beg. Set aside.
Preparation
1. Slice cake into three layers and keep left-over cake for decoration.
2. Crumble the left-over cake and set aside.
3. Pipe cream cheese frosting on the first layer and double with another slice.
4. Pipe more cream cheese frosting and coat to all parts. Flatten the cream and chill the cake for 20 minutes.
5. Decorate it based on your creativity and the red velvet cake is ready to be served.

100g Black chocolate
50ml Heavy cream
200g White chocolate
100ml Heavy cream
10g Matcha
Matcha (decoration) a little bit
【材料】120mm×120mm
ブラックチョコ 100g
生クリーム 50ml
ホワイトチョコレート200g
生クリーム 100ml
抹茶 10g
抹茶(まぶし用) 少々
【作り方】
①ブラックチョコレートを細かく刻んで湯せんにかけながら約40℃に温めた生クリームを加えて溶かしてケーキ型に流してしっかりと固まるまで冷蔵庫で冷やします。
②ホワイトチョコレートを細かく刻んで湯せんにかけながら約40℃に温めた生クリームを加えて溶かします。
③溶けたら抹茶を加えてブラックチョコの上に流して、しっかりと固まるまで冷蔵庫で冷やします。(5-6時間又は一晩)
④しっかり固まったら切って抹茶を振りかけます。。
※1度切ったナイフは必ず綺麗にして切ってください。

Resepi Kek Keju Oreo Super Mudah
Bahan-bahan (Lapisan Bawah)
12 keping Oreo tanpa inti (dihancurkan)
2 sb mentega (dicairkan)
Bahan-bahan (Lapisan Kek)
250 gm krim keju
2 sb gula kastor
1 sb esen vanilla
1 biji lemon (diperah)
200 ml krim putar bukan tenusu
3/4 sb gelatin+2 sb air panas
5 keping Oreo (dipatah empat)
Bahan-bahan (Hiasan)
5 keping Oreo (dipotong dua)
3 keping Oreo (dihancurkan)
1/2 cwn krim putar bukan tenusu
Cara memasak
1. Lapisan bawah: Untuk membuat crust, campurkan biskut Oreo yang telah dihancurkan bersama mentega cair dan kacau sehingga keduanya sebati.
2. Masukkan crust ke dalam loyang dan padatkan dengan sudu.
3. Lapisan Kek: Pukul krim keju, krim putar bukan tenusu, gula kastor, esen vanila dan perahan jus lemon sehingga kembang.
4. Tuangkan gelatin yang dicairkan dengan air panas. Pukul seketika.
5. Masukkan biskut Oreo yang dipatahkan ke dalam campuran. Kacau rata.
6. Tuang adunan tersebut ke atas crust yang telah dipadatkan tadi.
7. Tutup permukaan loyang dengan plastik wrap dan biarkan di dalam peti ais semalaman.
8. Hiasan: Pukul krim putar bukan tenusu sehingga ringan dan kembang.
9. Setelah kembang, masukkan ke dalam piping bag dan paipkan ke atas permukaan kek.
10. Susun kemas biskut Oreo dan taburkan biskut yang dihancurkan di tengah permukaan kek.
11. Kek Keju Oreo tanpa bakar siap untuk dihidangkan.

Super-Easy Oreo Cheesecake Recipe
Ingredients (Crust Layer)
12 pieces Oreo without filling (crushed)
2 tbsp of butter (melted)
Ingredients (Cake Batter)
250 gm cream cheese
2 tbsp of castor sugar
1 tbsp of vanilla essence
1 whole lemon (squeezed)
200 ml non-dairy whipping cream
3/4 tbsp of gelatin+2 tbsp of hot water
5 pieces Oreo (cracked into 4)
Ingredients (Decoration)
5 pieces Oreo (cracked into half)
3 pieces Oreo (crushed)
1/2 cup of non-dairy whipping cream
Cooking methods
1. Bottom layer: To make the crust, mix the crushed Oreo biscuit with melted butter and stir until both well combined.
2. Add in the crust into cake mold and press to compact using a spoon.
3. Cake layer: Beat cream cheese, non-dairy whipping cream, castor sugar, vanilla essence, and lemon juice until fluffy.
4. Pour in gelatin that has been dissolved with hot water. Beat for while.
5. Add in cracked Oreo biscuit into the batter. Mix evenly.
6. Pour the batter on a compacted crust layer.
7. Covered the cake using plastic wrap and chill in the fridge overnight.
8. Decoration: Beat non-dairy whipping cream until light and fluffy.
9. After that, pour it into piping beg and pipe on top of the cake surface.
10. Neatly arrange Oreo biscuit and crushed Oreo biscuit at the center of the cake.
11. No-bake Oreo cheesecake is ready to be served.
