✅1 Block Of Soft Tofu (Cubed)
✅1 Tsp Gochugaru (Korean Red Chili Flakes)
✅1 Tbsp Gochujang (Korean Hot Pepper Paste)
✅1 Chicken Thigh Or Breast Meat (Skinless, Boneless & Cut Into Bite-Sized Pieces)

𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
🔸Place Kimchi, Chicken, Garlic, Scallions, Sesame Oil, Gochujang, Gochugaru & Knorr Ikan Bilis Cube in the pot.
🔸Pour in water & bring to a boil.
🔸Reduce the heat to a simmer & cook for 5 mins.
🔸Add-In Tofu, Carrots & Onions.
🔸Continue cooking for another 5 mins, adding the egg & scallions at the very end.
🔸Serve immediately, over steaming white rice if desired.

แบ่งปันไอเดียน่ารักๆ เผื่อใครอยากทำขาย
ในสถานการแบบนี้ การดูแลเอาใจใส่สุขภาพกายและใจเป็นเรื่องสำคัญมากๆ หันมากินอาหารเป็นยากันเถอะ
-ตัดเห็ดเป็นชิ้นเล็กๆ
-เพิ่มสีสันด้วยดอกฟักทอง (ไม่มีไม่เป็นไร)
-โขลกหอมแดง พริก ตะไคร้
-นำทุกอย่างลงผสมกัน ตอกไข่ ใส่ใบแมงลัก ใบมะกรูดซอย คลุกเคล้าให้เข้ากัน
-ปรุงรสตามใจชอบ แพรใส่น้ำปลา สามารถใส่ซีอิ้วขาวแทน หรือเพิ่มปลาร้าก็เด็ดดี
-จัดองค์ประกอบให้สวยงาม แพรเพิ่มสีเหลืองด้วยดอกฟักทอง สีแดงจากดอกเข็มให้น่ารักๆ อาจจะเพิ่ม layer สีเขียวใบแมงลักเข้าไปสักหน่อย
-นึ่ง 15 นาที

Stepping into our 4th month lock down here in Thailand, while we are still waiting for vaccines 💉 (yup! Apparently most of us haven’t the opportunity for it!) I have tried to grow our own food&herbs at home and eating food as medicine. Today I’m sharing you one of the most easy Thai food recipe, which is Steamed mushrooms with herbs in banana leaf. Simply mince mushrooms into smaller pieces, grind shallots, lemon grass and chili, add egg, lime kaffir leaves and lemon Basil, mix everything together, add flavor such as fish sauce, soy sauce or salt. 芋頭蒸排骨:
材料:
芋頭(細)1個
冰鮮排骨1斤
蔥1條
辣椒仔1隻
處理:
1. 冰鮮排骨,用鹽及生粉乸1分鐘,清水沖洗乾淨,擎乾水,用廚紙索乾。
2. 排骨,加入少許胡椒粉撈勻,去羶味。
3. 排骨調味:
a. 雞汁1湯匙
b. 生抽1湯匙
c. 糖1茶匙
d. 生粉2湯匙
e. 油1茶匙
撈勻,醃15分鐘。
4. 芋頭去皮。
5. 辣椒仔,切粒。
蔥,切粒。
6. 芋頭,洗乾淨,切厚片,放碟上。
7. 放排骨在芋頭上。
烹調:
1. 大火煲滾1鑊水。
2. 大火蒸30分鐘。
3. 蒸好,灑上蔥粒及辣椒粒。
4. 完成,可享用。
Steam pork ribs with taro:
Ingredients:
Taro (small) 1 No.
Frozen pork ribs 1 catty
Green onion 1 No.
Red chili 1 No.
Preparation:
1. Season the pork ribs with little salt and tapioca starch for 1 minute. Rinse with tap water. Hang dry and dry with kitchen towel.
2. Pork ribs, season with little pepper to remove the unpleasant smells and tastes.
3. Season the pork ribs:
a. Chicken sauce 1 tbsp
b. Light soya sauce 1 tbsp
c. Sugar 1 tsp
d. Tapioca starch 2 tbsp
e. Oil 1 tsp
Mix well. Season for 15 minutes.
4. Peel the taro.
5. Chili, dice in cubes.
Green onion, dice in cubes.
6. Taro, rinse. Cut in thick slices. Put on plate.
7. Put pork ribs on top of taro.
Steps:
1. Heat up a wok of water at high flame in wok.
2. Steam pork ribs at high flame for 30 minutes.
3. Pork ribs have been steamed well. Put green onion and chili cubes on top.
4. Complete. Serve.

This is a very simple recipe that you can put together in a rush. Better yet, it is very healthy and vegan. Use a variety of mushrooms like oyster mushroom, enoki (golden mushroom), shiitake, straw mushrooms or any other edible kinds that you can find in your region. It must be exciting to try out this dish in the fall after a mushroom harvest!

Ingredients
1 tablespoon minced garlic
3 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon chili flakes
1 2/3 pounds (750g) fresh pho noodles
7 ounces (200g) various mushrooms, roots removed and separated or sliced2 shallots, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper
2 scallions, chopped
2 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds
1 tomato, sliced
Instructions
1. Heat a wok on medium, add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil and fry the sliced shallots till golden brown. Remove the fried shallots with a slotted spoon and transfer to a small bowl to use for garnish.
2. Into the remaining oil in the wok, add half the minced garlic and sauté till fragrant. Then add the tomato sauce, soy sauce and sugar. Stir well and simmer for 30 seconds till smooth. Add chili flakes if desired. Turn off the heat. Transfer one third of the sauce to a condiment bowl to serve as dipping.
3. Separate the noodles with your fingers and toss with the remaining sauce in the wok.
4. In a pan, add 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and sauté the rest of the minced garlic till fragrant. Add the mushrooms and quickly stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes. Depending on the kinds of mushrooms you use, you might add the ones that take longer to cook first (like king oyster or beech mushrooms) and then the others like enoki (golden mushrooms) or straw mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper and take off heat.
5. Divide the noodles into serving plates. Top with the sautéed mushrooms and garnish with chopped scallions, roasted sesame seeds and fried shallots.
6. Serve with the tomato slices and the dipping sauce as the side.
