其實我是不愛吃魚的。
但是今天在南京銀河索菲特，行政總廚廚陳榮平師傅特別安排的好菜，竟讓不愛吃魚的我吃得開心極了！
從頭盤會爆汁的燻魚開始，到細嫩鮮美不行的「百秒黃魚」，還有用蟹黃燴的花鰱魚頭，居然讓我把整碗喝到見底，裡頭埋伏的陳醋珍珠實在太畫龍點睛了！
最後上桌的蝦子紅湯麵把我KO了，但是香氣十足的湯頭還有筋道的細麵條還是讓我忍不住多吃了好幾口⋯
和陳師傅用餐實在太開心，不僅只吃到美味的菜餚，還聊了好多飲食文化典故，讓我獲益匪淺啊！
