一直很喜歡Scholastic "Sound and Letter" 這套經典字母語發音小書，
前幾年除了幫這套書寫過部落格專文外，
這套書一直也是書店的熱銷產品，
因為這套字母小書，
的確幫許多年幼的孩子打下了良好的字母發音基礎。

有時看似簡單的東西，其實每個字裡行間的安排並不簡單，
簡單的東西對孩子而言，有時才是最無負擔最好吸收的精神糧食。
而閱讀這種能力，只有孩子親自指著書拼讀出來，才有實效，
科技再創新，聲光效果再吸引人，最終還是得回到紙本閱讀和自己獨處。

前幾個月有幸參與出版社的防疫閱讀節目，
就順便提出了想為這套書拍一系列導讀影片的想法，
在這一來一往的討論中，我們費盡心思討論拍攝的內容，
既要能維護出版社書籍版權界線、又要有實質教學目的、要吸睛、
不要拖泥帶水、要有我想做的音樂性（幼兒聽歌學英文最快了）、
同時還要能推廣吉他和烏克麗麗教學，還有提倡購買正版書籍的重要性......

總之，這一系列導讀影片，除了字母小書的英文導讀外，
同時還有我自己的編曲/作曲/填詞創作、經典兒歌教學、烏克麗麗/吉他簡易彈奏教學，聽英文流行歌學英文.....
希望藉由將音樂帶入閱讀，能減輕家長/老師們帶領幼兒學習英文的負擔，
也希望藉由這套書的導讀，能讓大家愛上英文，也同時愛上烏克麗麗和吉他。

2.在我的團隊中，哪些方面我做得好而且您希望我在這方面更多著墨？哪些是應該停止不要做的？
3.我正在學習在工作上更加自信果斷，你覺得我在這方面做得如何？
請提供讓我在這裡可做得更好的任何建議？
4.要求針對特定任務的反饋，以校準自己的特定技能。
例如，如果您不確定自己的演講能力如何，請在演講後跟幾個人說：“我希望提高我的演講技巧。你認為我的上台 簡報如何？有什麼讓它好兩倍的建議嗎？”
