Counting down to the last of 2019✨ It’s been a whirlwind of a year of self-love and self-care, starting with yoga and ending with the feeling of immense spiritual growth. I truly enjoyed every bit of it❤️ My past achievements in this year:
-my yoga teaching cert
-being part of a couple of chinese new year gameshows -first time hosting for Macau chinese new year parade
-first time live-hosting: The Oscars, Asia Film Awards
-yoga charity teaching work -singing show attempts
-many many MC events and dinners
-successfully passed my drivers
-meditation practice everyday
-2 more yoga certifications: Yoga Philosophy, Yoga Therapy
-became an OVO-PESCA VEGETARIAN
So ever-grateful for all of the opportunities and the many groups of friends I have met. Things just come together so so naturally, without forcing, it just came by around the corner and now I became a part of it. Whatever suits you will have come to you already, whatever that isnt there is not really meant to be. So keep rocking it and hold onto what you already have. So my journey together with #EricLoke has come to an end. It has been a hugely rewarding and unbelievable experience, living in his world, a tough but fulfilling, spiritual and enriching one, a whirlwind trip, a hell of a time.

He has to be one of my most memorable characters to date, and he’s left a huge impact and impression on me. I’ve learnt and grown quicker and faster than ever before, blurred and crossed some lines, broken some boundaries, thrown some stuff out the window, and opened new doors, but most importantly, I’ve enjoyed myself, and every part of it.
