1) Don't eat sugar. Or at least, try to cut it down as much as possible.
2) Foods that have lots of sauces tend to be much higher in calories.
3) Alcohol is bad for you. They say one glass of red wine a day is good for you, the problem with this is our inability to stop after one glass.
4) Processed food is so bad for you.
5) Any food that is convenient, or easy, is usually very bad for you.
6) Vegetables are SO good for you and people don't eat enough. HALF your plate should be fresh vegetables.
7) Fruit on an empty stomach makes you feel fresh, it has many health benefits and it can stop you feeling so hungry that you eat something else that is bad for you.
8) We don't eat enough nuts or fish. Humans are supposed to eat plenty of nuts and fish, the benefits to hair, skin, hormones, brain function etc. are limitless.
9) Water. We need to drink more water - simple.
10) Carbonated drinks such as coca-cola (Coke), pepsi, fanta, sprite, 7-up etc. are a great way to rot your teeth, do damage to your immune system, feed yeast and fungal infections, speed up the growth of cancer, increase your chances of getting diabetes, cause you to get fat, and make you feel lethargic.
