It's been quite sometime since ive gone heavy, this is only 50kg for a wide stance squat. But judging from this i can definitely go heavier. When you train you gotta love your program and always challenge yourself. Challenges strengthen you and with this grow that booty! However i personally think you should always learn to activate thy glutes if not no point heavy.
