It’s certainly time for a few more layers of clothing as we head into the festive season. Thankfully our wildlife are a hardy bunch like this red deer stag in Lochaber in this stunning photo by Ian MacLeod. A stag's antlers can weigh as much as 15kg and measure up to one metre in length! Perfect for keeping Jack Frost at bay :)
