It is always good to be back on track! I missed UM Arena so so much!
AM: A moderate effort session at the stairs with 7.8kg of @lilamovetech LiLA Exogen
PM: 5000M Steady State Run + Progressive towards the last stretch, Rest 5 min + 1000m All Out
5000M Splits: 83.2 | 87.0 | 87.7 | 86.4 | 86.9 | 87.4 | 87.1 | 87.3 | 85.5 | 87.6 | 86.7 | 83.6 | 39.6 (200m)
Duration: 17:55.9 minutes (3:35 min/km)
Average Power: 371 Watts
1000M Splits: 1:46.5 (600m) | 1:09.0 (400m)
Duration: 2:55.6 minutes
Average Power: 400 Watts
It was a challenging session as you doing it all on your own. While doing the 5000m, I had a side stitch at about 600m. I mentally tune my mind by focusing on running smooth and in control, started to reduce my vision by 50% and visualizing a fast, in control running motion. With that, I step into the zone and begin to enjoy the run. Though I still felt the side stitch but it wasn't going to affect me.
I started to push a little bit more from the last two laps and gradually gear up and finish strong.
After that, I took a 5 minute break and decided to go for a 1000m All Out Run.
Started off strong but I knew I was on 5th out of a total of 6 gear speed. It was hard and I fully understand that feeling as I crossed the 400m mark.
I continue to cruise and dig deep, to hold the same pace up to the last 400m and switch the gear up to the final gear.
It was great at first, manage to push the pace even faster but started to struggle a little when I reached the final 300m.
I felt the legs were getting heavier, and I knew that it was all on the mind. So I dig even deeper and push through it, command my mind to generate more signal and a much stronger connectivity to both my legs, swing both my arms even faster and stronger to grind and push the final home stretch. Super glad to complete the 1000m in 2:55.6 minutes in the end!
A Strong Day!

I’m going to share with you part of a training my Inner Circle members had to pay $30K a year for.
You’ll love it.
If you have ever struggled with procrastination and producing results… this is for you.
You see, we procrastinate not because we’re lazy...
No.
We procrastinate for a much deeper and dangerous reason.
We all have what I call...
Inner Demons.
These inner demons cause procrastination but disguise themselves as “rational and logical” reasons.
They bait us into not achieving our best lives, and they do so in very sneaky ways.
There are 7 dangerous Inner Demons that cause procrastination… and I’ll reveal to you what they sound like your mind… so you can slay them whenever you encounter a demon.
Let’s start with a push-up as a simple analogy.
Pretend you are doing push-ups, here’s how each of your 7 Inner Demons would sound like...
1. The Perfectionist.
“Alright, I want to make sure I do this correctly. So I’ve got to make sure my arms are square and my body is in the right angle
How far apart should my arms be? Should my feet be together or apart?
Hmm… maybe I should wait until I get my new sports gear to do the push-ups, I don’t want to do it in improper clothing.”
This is the perfectionist.
And let me ask you, if one person does no pushups but another person does 10 imperfect pushups every day...
After 100 days, who would be further ahead?
The person who does the imperfect pushups.
This is the first demon.
2. The Measurer.
“Well, I can do 5 pushups. But that guy over there can do 10 pushups, and that girl can do 20. Man… I suck. Why bother trying?”
This is the inner demon that compares itself to everyone, and when it finds someone who is better it feels defeated and stops trying.
Let me tell you… there will ALWAYS be someone better than you at any particular thing. So it’s dumb to think that.
Instead, focus on your own improvement and just do the pushup.
3. The Futurist
“Maybe I want to build up my chest muscle. But what if I do it wrong and my triceps get too big? What if it looks weird compared to my biceps?
Then my shirts won’t look good. And I have to train my back to keep my body balanced…”
It’s just a pushup.
This demon thinks into the future and wants everything to fit perfectly. It wants everything to be laid out neatly in front of them before taking that first step forward...
Can you identify any of these inner demons running your life?
I know I’ve had to overcome and slay these demons countless times on my way to success.
I’ve failed and procrastinated many times, but luckily I found a way to slay all of these inner demons using the millionaire mindset.
Now, I’ve put together a 5-day roadmap that’ll help you develop the millionaire mindset step-by-step.
Throughout this road map I'm going to reveal:
1️⃣ Why Financial Freedom is a lie, and what you should focus on instead
2️⃣ How to maximize the power of your formal education to unleash your full potential
3️⃣ How to tap into the Wealth Triangle and make it work for you, so you can stop failing and start winning (or win more)
4️⃣ 5 of the most influential high income skills in the world for skyrocketing your career or entrepreneurial journey
5️⃣ How to take whatever high income skill you choose and crack the code to success and significance
I may have also left in a bonus training to go along with it if you make it through to day 5.
If you want me to send it to you...
Just put "I'm in, Sifu" below, and I'll send it to you.

Not an “instaworthy” kinda post but just wanted to share with u how ridiculous I look like on Friday mornings before a ride weekend coz the weekend starts as soon as I step out the office in the evening. 😂
For work - Laptop bag, handbag, packed lunch (in H&M paperbag)
For ride trip - Soft Luggage Bag with stuff for the weekend, Sling Bag (batteries/chargers/go pro equipment), DryBag (Gloves,Goggles,Sunblock etc).
Extra bag - for Monday’s work clothes (just in case I don’t make it back to my house in time 🙈 Yes happened before 😅).
Not seen here, lifejacket, riding boots and uhh for this weekend particularly, camping gear. 😅
I’m tired and grumpy before I even get to the car...and not a wonder why my neck and my shoulders always ache. Hope my chiro is not seeing this post. 🙈
But all is always forgotten once we hit the water. Hehe! 4hrs and 4mins to go till I run out that door but who is counting? 👀🤷🏻♀️😂
What are you up to this weekend? 🤗

With Beidawu’s Kuaigu lodge and campground not open, we decided to challenge a single-day ascent to Beidawu Mountain. Starting at the new trail head, we had to ascend and descend some 1900m and cover nearly 24km in a single day. We were up at 1:30am and hit the trail at 3:30am. When we reached the summit, fog started to fade away, revealing the breathtaking sea of clouds. We stayed for a while at the top not only because of the stunning view, but also because I was exhausted after a long and grueling hike.
All of a sudden we heard huge cracks of thunder above us so we hurried to hike down. In no time, the heavens opened and it began to pour down. It was raining so hard we were quickly soaked through, making the remaining trip cold, wet and quite scary (also due to nightfall). The descent was the hardest part - pain have already built up in my knees even before the summit, and with each step downhill I felt sharp stabbing pain in my kneecap and on the bottom of my feet. Thankfully we made it down safely and by the time we got back to the new trail head the sun was already up again… The entire trip took us nearly 26 hours to complete.
This short cinematic vlog is proof that we have conquered the 3,092m Beidawu Mountain in a single-day ascent.
