Dr.Sten 提到以下三點:
1. Low GI
2. Satisfying
3. Nutritious
生酮飲食吃了大量的fat,所以有low GI ,
也因為吃了大量的fat所以有satisfying,
但卻少了足夠的營養素nutritious ex. 蔬菜水果.
短期來說也許體重下降速度很快,
但是以長期5年 10年來看,
對身體健康是很不好的.

After listening from a lot of my patients/clients in past 15 years, one thing I am sure that a lot of people struggle to find balance with our diet

💔We can often punish ourselves and either ‘be good’ or ‘be bad’ with our diet. When if we just focus on being a bit more realistic and becoming more consistent our overall progress will be better
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⚖️For me personally eating ‘optimally’ non-stop is too restrictive and I love so many different foods that is feels like I’m being deprived which can lead to massive blowouts ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

🥦To stop this, I’ll focus on eating real foods the majority of the time. Including plenty of lean proteins, healthy fats, carbohydrates and controlling calories in my meals but not counting them religiously

🍕I will also include some more ‘flexible’ foods like popcorn, protein bars, low fat ice creams etc into what I eat everyday. Then, less frequently I’ll still have things like cakes, chocolate bars, pizza etc from time to time when I want them

Is your everything a balance diet, or is it a plate of Char Keow Teow? Or Maggi Goreng?
Know what you eat, then you will slowly grow :)

Carbs gives us energy, so if you say you wanna eat, hey, I’m not gonna stop you but make sure to get your protein intakes too (From Food/Supplements).
