Whether it's a result of his personal taste or the fact that he is an extraordinarily kind, bright, and positive person doing good in the world while being extremely successful, I don't think I’ve ever seen him dressed in dark colors, so obviously it was time to shoot him in a completely blacked-out studio wearing black leather with a single light source. I wanted no distractions from that intensity that makes up this intriguing and complex human.”
