Dapper Labs is the team behind CryptoKitties, one of the first and most successful blockchain applications outside of cryptocurrency, and NBA Top Shot, which was recently announced to have crossed the million-user mark, scoring over $700M in total sales in less than a year. With the development of Flow blockchain over the last few years, Dapper Labs is looking to enable dapps at scale in gaming, culture, and entertainment.
Mik focuses on directing business strategy and partnerships, and building out Flow’s ecosystem. He’ll share some stories about finding PMF from idea validation, which includes the early days of Dapper Labs, how they first thought about launching CryptoKitties, and their trial-and-error process up until the launch of NBA Top Shot. As CBO, Mik will also share his experiences partnering with beloved brands such as the NBA and MotoGP.
