Was trying to look for pop pop at Super Save but they don't have it. Looking for dinner, came across this shop/bakery selling many different kinds of bread and cakes. They were just packing these at 6pm 🤭

Choices includes Butterscotch, Pandan Chocolate, Pandan Coffee, Three Brothers, Cheese, Wholemeal, Plain White Loaf, Pandan Plain Loaf, English Sandwich, Raisins, Green Tea Red Bean, Coco Chips. 🍞

Looks so appetizing, had to get me one. Best seller is the Butterscotch and the mix 3 flavors that includes strawberry.

過大海同酒同學一齊試葡萄牙酒，有幸試咗支1882年嘅Madeira 酒，屬Malvasia系列，今年133歲😱，依然強勁有力！琥珀顏色，帶合桃、堅果、蜜糖、蜜棧杏㭪、乾梅、香水、焦糖、咖啡、拖肥、聖誕蛋糕、特濃咖啡、烘烤味、焗香橙、雲尼拿等味道，餘韻悠長，多放20年應該都冇問題！有機會試實在太感動啦！😍😍🍷🍷
Went to Macau for a Portuguese wine tasting with wine schoolmates! I feel super lucky to have a chance to try a 1882 Maideira Malvasia, which is 133 yrs old 😱! The nose & palate r still so powerful! Deep Amber color w nutty, honey, prune, dried apricot, perfume, caramel, coffee, toffee, Christmas cake, walnut, espresso, toasty, baked orange, vanilla flavors and a long finish! It's totally okay to sit for 20 more years! So excited & impressive! 😍😍🍷🍷

INGREDIENTS (1 glass of 400 ml)

STRAWBERRY FRAPPUCCINO

120 ml (1/2 cup) cold milk
30 ml (2 Tbsp) whipping cream - can be substituted by milk
60 g (3 - 5) strawberries
30 ml (2 Tbsp/ 40 g) sweetened condensed milk
1 scoop (45 g) strawberry ice cream
10 cup (100 g/ 10 cubes) ice
whipped cream (optional)

MATCHA FRAPPUCCINO

210 ml (3/4 cup + 2 Tbsp) cold milk
30 ml (2 Tbsp/ 40 g) sweetened condensed milk
1 scoop (45 g) vanilla ice cream
4 g (2 tsp) matcha/ green tea powder
1 ml (1/8 tsp) vanilla extract (optional)
10 cup (100 g/ 10 cubes) ice
whipped cream (optional)

FRAPPUCCINO MOCHA

120 ml (1/2 cup) cold milk
90 ml (1/3 cup + 2 tsp) strong coffee - cold
30 ml (2 Tbsp/ 40 g) sweetened condensed milk
30 ml (2 Tbsp) chocolate syrup store bought or homemade
1 scoop (45 g) chocolate ice cream
10 cup (100 g/ 10 cubes) ice
whipped cream (optional)

* Homemade chocolate syrup:
30 g chocolate (45 - 55% cocoa)
40 ml milk

Break the chocolate into pieces, put into a bowl with milk. Boil some water in a pan. When the water is boiled, set heat at lowest. Put the bowl of chocolate milk into the pan, stir constantly. The chocolate will melt thanks to the heat from water, creating a thin, runny and glossy chocolate syrup in the end.

Get 30 ml for the Mocha Frappuccino recipe, save the rest to drizzle onto the whipped cream later.
