In the 1st half of your pregnancy, you may still be ok performing supine exercises especially with torso movement (and not being in a stationary position), if it does not affect your breathing and level of comfort. I was ok performing supine exercises but felt more comfortable using body weight instead of external resistance. This is me performing supine row in my 2nd trimester.
