- 一直都不接受生客訂位,但熟客也要最少一年後才有位
- 2018米其林第一年沒星,很有可能是評審訂不到
- 2019的唯一一家台北壽司店有兩星,但師傅沒去參加頒獎典禮
- 令和第一天來吃飯,完全沒看看到米其林相關的東西
- 師傳已不接受當場訂位,而現在已要排接近一年半後的訂位。

- only take reservation from repeated customers, but the wait is more than one year.
- Not rated in 2018 when Michelin guide was first launched, many guessed it’s because the evaluators cold not get a seat.
- The only 2 star sushi restaurant in 2019, but chef didn’t attend the ceremony
- On my visit of the first day of the new Reiwa era, we don’t see any promotional items related to Michelin.
- Now the restaurant doesn’t accept reservation on the spot anymore, and the wait is close to a year and a half.
