🔴MY REVIEW: I love this brand so much. They never seem to disappoint. Love these scents. The scent fills the whole apartment with only 4 to 5 drops and lasts hours. I use these essential oils in my electrical aroma diffuser and they are wonderful.

🔴MY REVIEW: I love these masks. I have sensitive skin and these do not irritate my skin and I actually saw a noticeable improvement after just a couple uses. Sometimes, I like to get the leftover serum from the packet and do my Gua Sha routine with it and let stay on all night. After a whole night, my face looks more moisturized and shiny in the morning. Definitely recommend.

🔴MY REVIEW: Best one on the market. I use it on my wet hair every time I wash it and it makes the tangles so much easier to brush out. It also smells really good and absorbs nicely. It helps lock in moisture while helping to repair and fill in missing protein in hair. Instantly softens the most coarse hair. I like how every time I use this my hair looks better and less frizzy. Highly recommend.

🔴MY REVIEW: I really enjoyed this night collagen drink. I’ve been taking this collagen supplement for 28 days now and I have noticed a difference in my hair and nails. 甘栗を使った焼き込みタルトです。アクセントに、クランベリーとくるみも入れてみました！縁にのせたクランブルも歯ごたえがあって美味しいですよ。
ポイントは、アーモンドクリームを分離させない事です（分離すると少し油っぽいタルトになります）。分離させないように少し温めた卵を少しずつバターに加えてくださいね(^-^)

【材料：6-8人分（18ｃｍ丸型　底取れ式）】

無塩バター（常温）65ｇ
粉糖　50ｇ
溶き卵（常温）30ｇ
薄力粉　120ｇ
バニラオイル（省略可）3-4滴

■ アーモンドクリーム
無塩バター（常温）55ｇ
ブラウンシュガー（きび砂糖など）50ｇ
溶き卵　45ｇ
アーモンドプードル　50ｇ
薄力粉　10ｇ
ラム酒　小さじ1

■ フィリング
甘栗　100ｇ
ドライクランベリー　15ｇ
グラニュー糖　35ｇ
熱湯　大さじ4
ラム酒　大さじ1
くるみ　25ｇ

■ クランブル
無塩バター（よく冷えたもの）　10ｇ
薄力粉　10ｇ
アーモンドプードル　10ｇ
ブラウンシュガー（きび砂糖など）10ｇ

■ 仕上げ（省略可）
アプリコットジャム　50ｇ
水　小さじ1/2
粉糖（ふりかけ用）適量

※甘栗は、渋皮煮や甘露煮に置き換えられます。
※ラム酒は、省略可です。

120g (4.2 oz, 1 us cup) cake flour, or all-purpose flour
3-4 drops vanilla oil, optional

■ Almond Cream (crème d'amande）
55g (1.95 oz) unsalted butter, room temperature
50g (1.75 oz, 6 Tbsp) brown sugar
45g (1.6 oz, 3 Tbsp) beaten egg
50g (1.75 oz, 8.5 Tbsp) ground almonds
10g (1 Tbsp) cake flour, or all-purpose flour
1 tsp rum

■ Filling
100g (3.5 oz) sweet roasted chestnuts
15g (0.5 oz) dried cranberries
35g (3 Tbsp) granulated sugar
4 Tbsp boiling water
1 Tbsp rum
25g (0.9 oz) walnuts

■ Crumble Topping
10g (0.35 oz, 1 Tbsp) unsalted butter, well-chilled
10g (1 Tbsp) cake flour, or all-purpose flour
10g (1.5 Tbsp) ground almonds
10g (1.2 Tbsp) brown sugar

■ For Brushing
50g (1.75 oz) apricot jam
1/2 tsp water

■For dusting

300g all-purpose flour,3g yeast,150g water

Very moist, fluffy, and delicious mini cakes with crispy chocolate coating.

Make them in your favorite colors 🌈

Chocolate Covered Teddy Bear Mini Cakes (Recipe)

Difficulty: Easy
Time: 40min
Number of servings: 24 mini bears

Ingredients:
1 egg
3 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp. whipping cream *milk is ok but heavy cream is delicious
a few drops of vanilla extract
4 tbsp. all purpose flour
4 tbsp. almond powder
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. melted butter
chocolates for coating (use colors you like)
chocolate pens (to draw faces, etc)

Directions:
1. Mix egg and sugar in a bowl.
2. Add honey, whipping cream, and vanilla extract, then mix well.
3. Sift in flour, almond powder, and baking powder, then mix well.
4. Mix in melted butter.
5. Spoon the mixture into the mold up to 80% full. Using a piping bag is easier!
6. Bake at 180C (350F) for about 12 minutes.
7. Cool completely in the mold and push them out.
