Recipe:
Servings: 1
Cooking Time: 5 mins
Skill level: easy
Ingredients:
1 coconut
60ml fresh coconut water
60ml Tanqueray No. Ten Gin
60-80ml Tonic water
Steps:
1) Add coconut water from 1 coconut to a beaker, scrape coconut flesh into long strips, roll and skewer onto a cocktail pick.
2) Add ice into a copa glass, stir to chill glass, strain excess water.
3) Add Tanqueray No. Ten Gin, coconut water. Stir to mix and chill.
4) Top with tonic water, stir slightly to mix. Add coconut flesh garnish and serve with Ondeh Ondeh.

Complimenting the flavours in Tanqueray No. Ten we used fresh grapefruit,orange and lime juice to add a bright citrus base to the drink and adding a little sweetness and floral notes from elderflower cordial. Finishing off with some bubbles from champagne or prosecco of your choice is perfect for any celebration.

Ingredients:
500ml Tanqueray No. Ten Gin
180ml Elderflower cordial
100ml Fresh Grapefruit juice
100ml Fresh Orange juice
100ml Fresh Lime juice
750ml/1 bottle Champagne/Prosecco
Grapefruit slices from 1 grapefruit
Orange slices from 1 orange
Lime slices from 2 limes
Rosemary
Steps:
1) Cut fruits into wheels, squeeze 100ml of juice for each fruit.
2) Add ice to a punch bowl, add freshly squeezed juices, sliced fruits, elderflower cordial and Tanqueray No. Ten Gin to punch bowl and stir to chill and dilute.
3) Top off with 750ml of Champagne or Prosecco of your choice. Stir slightly to mix.
4) Serve into copa glasses and garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
