Simple and easy fudgy brownies.
Made in an air fryer, cut the time to preheat a traditional oven. Save this post and make one!
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
200 gr chopped dark chocolate
100 gr butter
80 gr brown sugar
10 gr granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
225 gr all purpose flour
a pinch of salt
(optional) chopped walnuts / almonds
𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
1. Prepare 4 ramekins and coat it with butter.
2. Combine chocolate and butter in a saucepan. Melt over medium-low heat. Stir constantly until fully melted. Remove from pan.
3. Whisk both sugars into the chocolate mixture. Wait until the mixture is slightly cold and add eggs, one at a time while whisking constantly until evenly combined.
4. Mix in vanilla, followed by salt and flour and stir until they're evenly incorporated.
5. Stir in the chopped walnuts and divide into 4 ramekins.
6. Bake the brownies in a preheated air fryer at 160 deg C for 30 minutes.

Day 1 of pseudo-lockdown aka Circuit Breaker. I’ve posted this Crispy Ee Mian recipe sometime back on my blog, but let’s revisit it again just in case you need a quick lunch fix. Save the post!
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
4 pcs Ready-made Crispy Noodle
300 gr Chicken Breast or Chicken Fillet
1 pc Carrot
1 pack Bok Choy
2 tbsp Cooking Oil
2 cloves Garlic
600 ml Water
3 tbsp Corn Flour
1 tsp Fish Oil
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 dash Salt & Pepper
3 tbsp Oyster Sauce
𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
1. Prepare 600ml room-temperature water in a bowl. Add in Oysters Sauce, Fish Oil, Sesame Oil, Salt, Pepper. Add Corn Starch and stir well. Set aside.
2. Cut the carrot and bok choy. Boil in hot water until half cooked (8 mins for carrot, 2 mins for bok choy). Strain and set aside.
3. Cut Chicken Breast into small cubes.
4. Heat oil in a deep bottom pan. Add garlic and stir until fragrant. Add in chicken breast and stir until it’s cooked through.
5. Add in the Corn Starch mixture in Step 1.
6. When the broth comes to a boil, lower to a simmer and add the carrot and bok choy.
7. Pour hot broth over the crispy noodles and it’s ready to be served.

Have been buying rice from Golden Eagle for years! And when my son requested for some 🍛 curry rice, I made no doubt that we would go healthier with their 🌾🌾🌾Jasmine White & Brown rice including brown rice (5kg)and red brown rice (5kg), all delivered to my doorstep! .
Instead of using potatoes in my curry, I added some red apples, carrot, brocoli and tomatoes! Together with beef shabu meat it was more healthier and less heavier than the usual carbs. #tryityourself! .
And nothing beats seeing your kids finished the food all at once! #theysayitsgood! .
