It's easy to be motivated for an hour, for a day, or even a week. It's not easy to be motivated for your entire life. People ask me why I stay so motivated and how exactly I do that. The truth is I have bad days like everyone else, but it's also true that I refuse to let one bad impact the rest of my life. Ever.
So many of you let one event or one person alter your life when in reality YOU are in control of what happens to you. The decisions you make on a daily basis can literally change your life. Getting out of bed early, eating healthy, working out every day, it's that consistency that leads to longevity. It's all about building amazing habits, and letting those amazing habits build you. What you want is not gonna be built in a day, it takes years, but it's better to look back on your life and be proud of what you built, than regret what you didn't. Believe you can do anything, and you will."
