主課10隻800 + 100 jog
(我估計超過兩年冇跑過🤣)
頭幾隻跟人3‘30 之後第五隻開始爆+肚痛 跌咗落去3’45🥲教練叫唔好理繼續順住去,最後三隻又上返去3’40內🎉🎉
呢個故事教訓我跌低咗都唔好亂,跑比賽都一樣,可能有啲跌速,試試慢慢+冷靜跑返上去👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
今晚前前後後加埋又16K,你估我聽朝起唔起到身recovery?😂😂😂

#AskKenneth 271: Biceps Curl
I hate doing biceps curl, because training biceps is painful. I normally train my biceps once or twice a month, because biceps are not my weaklink. Anyway, today I did some biceps exercises to have a little “pump” as a Finisher.
Trisets
A1. In DB Curl SG, tempo 3011
A2. In Hammer, tempo 3011
A3. Spider Curl, tempo 2010
Not many trainees know how to execute tempo 3011. Actually, some of them just ignore tempo and muscle contraction.
Few keys to GROW your biceps💪💪
1. Slow & control.
2. Fully extend your arms at the bottom of range.
3. Squeeze your biceps as hard as possible at top.
4. Feel your biceps. If you don’t squeeze them, you cannot feel them.
5. Love your biceps!

星期一,大部分的健身室男士們都會作胸部訓練。
胸部訓練有什麼呢?
- Inclined Bench Press
- Flat Bench Press
- Declined Bench Press
- Inclined DB Press
- Flat DB Press
- Declined DB Press
- Cable Flye
- Chest Press Machine
- Chest Flye Machine
我們除了可以增加重量(intensity)或增加組數(sets)外,我們還可以改變節奏(tempo)或握法(grip)。
💪Grips:
👉Neutral grip
👉Pronated grip
👉Supinated grip
👉Rotating grip from neutral to pronated/ neutral to supinated
當然還有很多不同刺激胸部肌肉的訓練方式。
