In a new editorial from the The New England Journal of Medicine, the medical establishment writes that “the greatest threat to global public health is the continued failure of world leaders to keep the global temperature rise below 1.5° and to restore nature.” Now, more than ever before, we need to demand that our world leaders invest in nature-based solutions to the interconnected crises of climate, biodiversity loss and human health.
➥【接種mRNA疫苗並未增加自然流產的風險】
美國CDC利用V-Safe資料庫分析接種mRNA疫苗後是否會增加自然流產的風險。納入分析的對象為在受孕前(最後一次月經週期前30日內)或懷孕後至20周期間曾接受mRNA疫苗且懷孕前6周未流產的懷孕婦女。
共有2456懷孕婦女符合分析條件，其中52.7%施打輝瑞/BNT疫苗，多數年齡在30歲以上(77.3%)、為非西班牙裔的白人(78.3%)及醫療工作者(88.8%)。分析果顯示，接種mRNA疫苗的懷孕婦女在懷孕6至20周期間的自然流產累積風險為14.1% (95% CI：12.1-16.1)，年齡標準化後的自然流產累積風險為12.8% (95% CI：10.8-14.8)。
和新冠疫情前的的世代追蹤結果(背景值)相比，此研究所觀察到的mRNA疫苗後自然流產累積風險並未超出背景值，顯示在受孕前或懷孕時接種mRNA疫苗並不會增加自然流產的風險。不過此研究仍有些許限制，包括沒有未施打疫苗的對照組、分析的族群種族及職業同質性較高...完整轉譯文章，詳連結：http://forum.nhri.org.tw/covid19/virus/j_translate/j2711/ (財團法人國家衛生研究院 吳綺容醫師摘要整理)
