The annual World Gourmet Summit (WGS) is back for its 23rd year and I am blessed to attend the World Gourmet Awards 2019 on April 22 at One Farrer Hotel to have a glimpse of WGS Masterchef Dining Delights as well as small bites served by participating restaurants. Look out for chefs around the world coming together to partner with hosting establishments such as ANDAZ Singapore, Forlino, Blue Lotus and SKAI at Swissôtel the Stamford to bring to you a party in the mouth from today to 27 April. There will also be a Thai street food festival at Tamarind Hill, a sake masterclass at Arbora and whisky tasting at Punjab Grill as well as Gastro-Market Place happening on April 23 from 6pm to 10pm at Chjimes Lawn with 20% of the entry ticket sales to be donated to the Singapore Children’s Society.
