一、2021/1/14 美國德州LAREDO市，案例(一日)激增原因為武肺檢測結果塞車，在新增2,066例中，只有1,609是新案例，其餘457例為積壓案例，表示是在至少兩週前檢測的案例

2. US Fed slashes key interest rate to 0-0.25% amid pandemic. Fed also launches massive $700 billion quantitative easing program（$500B in treasuries / $200B in mortgage backed securities. )

Trump : "makes me very happy."

3. Trump tells Americans “Relax...there's no need to hoard” supplies, as more states, cities announce restrictions to contain virus.

4. Pence: Americans over 65 with a cough or fever or some other symptom will be prioritized for testing.

5. Pence: More than 2,000 labs coming on line for high speed testing starting this week. He says “soon” all Americans who need the test will get the test.

6. “We are going to see a spike as more and more people have access,” Amb Debbie Birx, WH Coronavirus Response Coordinator, says of coronavirus tests.

7. All public schools in New York City, Long Island and Westchester will shut down.

Indian Army test-fires newly acquired Israeli anti-tank missile in Madhya Pradesh

Spike, a fourth-generation weapon, can engage a target with precision at ranges up to 4 km

The Army on Wednesday successfully tested two newly acquired Spike long-range (LR) anti-tank guided missiles at the Infantry School at Mhow, Madhya Pradesh.

The Army has recently procured a small batch of 12 launchers and 250 missiles from Israel using its new financial powers to make emergency procurements sanctioned by the Defence Ministry a few months back.

“The delivery of Spike missiles has been completed, and they have been deployed in the western sector. The firing was undertaken on the sidelines of the annual Infantry Commanders’ Conference at Mhow and witnessed by Army chief General Bipin Rawat and other senior officers.

“Spike-LR is a fourth-generation missile, which can engage a target with precision at ranges up to 4 km. In addition to the fire-and-forget capability, the missile has the ability to fire, observe and update, providing substantial flexibility to the firer to pinpoint the impact point, as also the ability to switch to a different target mid-flight...,” the manufacturer, Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, of Israel said in a statement on Thursday. India became the 33rd country to induct the missile.

However, this Spike-LR missile is different from the one tested and short-listed as part of an earlier plan to buy over 8,000 missiles and 300 launchers, along with technology transfer.

This boss is like the most anti melee boss until now, if you don't have any interrupt tho, since this boss has no problem with interrupt, so you can interrupt it to prevent aoe and spike
